After leaving dozens of messages, I never got ahold of anyone who could tell me what was going on. I finally got the owner with (whom I dropped the batteries off too) last month, and he said they weren't any good and they got rid of them. I found another store that I could buy new batteries for a better price and called them back to come pick up any 4 batteries so I could get a $30 core charge a piece towards the new batteries. All I wanted was to get what I had dropped off to Trailer Store. The owner yelled and me and said "I am done dealing with you, come get your charger", and then hung up on me. Mind you, I was not acting upset with him when he began being so rude. I really didn't have time to get upset about him refusing to give me 4 batteries before he yelled and hung up. If the owner's act like this towards a manager with a large local company, I can only imagine how they treat the general public. I can say they will no longer get any business from our company. It's really kind of sad seeing how we have so many golf carts.
