I found A&J Welding and Truck Repair on google. Amber was super helpful. Her and John were able to come out within 40 minutes (they had to stop on their way to pick up 4 new batteries), jumped started my truck, drove to local Loves Truck Stop, changed the batteries and my drivers were on their way all within 2 hours from the time that I called. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.
