I provided my email and phone number. In a matter of hours I got a response indicating that they had the item in stock and the price was provided. The price was less expensive than what other private sellers were expecting on Facebook Marketplace. I had several quick exchanges with them by email to confirm the product's features. I went to the Bellmawr, NJ location to purchase it. The staff there were very helpful in reviewing the operation of the item and in particular ensured that we received the proper sling for the size and functionality we needed. They even helped us load the item into our SUV. We also picked up some incontinence supplies at about half the cost of retail stores. They have a massive warehouse of all kinds of medical equipment. I would not hesitate to make Goodwill my first stop for medical equipment needs.

Medford Tire lost a sale opportunity. The technician put my 2013 Toyota Carrola on diagnostics and…read moredid find a problem. However he did not consider all options. Instead of asking the age of the battery he refereed me to my nearest Toyota Dealership. The dashboard lights indicated a break problem. It would have cost me over $200 for them to diagnose the problem and when I got there no dash lights were on. Needless to say I wasn't going to pay that kind of money to come up empty. The next day I took my car to a competitor and put in a new battery. The simplest answer solved the problem. I'm really reluctant to use Medford Tire for even basic maintenance.
