And then was told that I can turn it back in after 4 days (rented for a month) and they'd still keep my money from the rental itself and charge me extra. I was…read moretold by a woman that they needed my ID and insurance to verify that my insurance would cover it and I wouldn't get a surprise bill. She said someone would call me the next day. No one ever called me so I called back the following week. I was told they were still working on it. Kyler finally called me and said I was fully covered and could come pick up my equipment so I did. Today I get a call that I owe money because it is not actually covered. I am disabled and do not have that money. Kyler refused to admit that they made a mistake, blamed me, and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay immediately. He also tried to tell me he doesn't have a supervisor I could talk to. Do not trust these people.
