The bad thing is that even though I referenced my use of insurance, they did not take many and UMR was not one of them. But, the really bad part that the sales person did not tell me about until after my sale was rung up is that I had to sign a statement saying that I would not submit any of my purchases to my insurance company! Not happy about this at all. The sales person did offer to refund my purchase but I declined her offer because I really needed the supplies yesterday. What's that even about?! I will contact UMR to discuss this and likely find a different supplier to use. While I really liked the lady helping me, I feel like this was a bait and switch move likely expected by management. I felt duped. If there's anything that will cause me to leave a business and take time to write a negative review, it's a lack of transparency and deceptive practices. While visiting Colorado Springs, I stopped by the AMS storefront to purchase a replacement CPAP…read moremask, after leaving mine at home. I purchased the mask on a Friday afternoon. The manufacturer's packaging had been unsealed, but I didn't notice it at the time. When I opened the package that night, I found that the mask frame was missing. AMS was closed all weekend, so I contacted them on Monday after returning home. They refused to issue a refund or exchange, or send a replacement frame since I was out of state. At $170.00 out of pocket, it was an expensive lesson on trust. Buyer beware.

What a nice friendly young man came to fix the elevator chair because both the batteries inside the chair were not functioning and that is why the chair was not working. He was surprised that the batteries had lasted that long. It took a long time to change both batteries.
