And then was told that I can turn it back in after 4 days (rented for a month) and they'd still keep my money from the rental itself and charge me extra. What a nice friendly young man came to fix the elevator chair because both the batteries inside the chair were not functioning and that is why the chair was not working. He was surprised that the batteries had lasted that long. It took a long time to change both batteries. I gave him a drink before he left and was very satisfied with the great work he did on my elevator chair.
