I initially took my vehicle to Les Schwab Tire Centers and was quoted $2,900. I decided to go with Rocklin Smog since they are part of the RepairPal network. I also purchased the additional warranty through CarMax for added peace of mind. They had my vehicle for 5 days, and after all that time, only a partial replacement was performed. The original issue still exists. It's extremely frustrating to be without a car for that long, especially knowing that I may have to bring it back for additional repairs. I simply cannot afford to be without my vehicle again for more time off the road. After a week, I brought the car back and had a technician drive along with me so they could personally verify that the problem still existed. The issue was confirmed during the drive. I was then told I would need to leave my car there again for additional repairs and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never heard back. I trusted the shop based on their affiliation and the warranty coverage, but unfortunately the repair was not completed properly and the follow-up communication never happened. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

We were buying a used vehicle, private party, and met the owner there to do the DMV transfer paperwork. We were in and out in 20 minutes! It's located in the Galleria parking lot near the entrance for El Fornaio restaurant. Everyone was so very kind and it's such a clean and organized building inside. I would rather spend 20 minutes in an office in an hour at the DMV any day! Time is so valuable- and having a AAA membership being able to pop in here for so many things is such a huge help.
