No one got back to me. For one month I kept calling and Sandra continued to tell me she had no new information. Finally, Alda answered the phone and provided the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He told me that I should "live with 3 burners instead of 4" and also told me "he hates dealing with frustrated people." Alda then surprisingly called me back to tell me that the wires were melted, likely due to an electrical fire. Apparently, there's nothing they can do and Alan won't be coming back to fix it. Why wasn't I given this information when Alan was working on my stove? I paid $350, and for what? Find a reputable company with competent workers if you need any appliance repaired!!!

He told me that he would stop by the following week. 2 weeks go by and no Jason and that's why I called the shop. He has my cell number and could of sent me a text as to why he didn't show up. I have recommended your service to friends and neighbors but now I have retracted all the nice things that I had said about your company. After this incident and lack of workmanship I will warn people not to call you. Not sure why no one reached out to me because I was nothing but nice to Jason when he was here last year. I called Raffi @ Accurate Appliance after a family member recommended him for oven repairs. Both of…read morethe ovens in our house (go figure) weren't heating up/staying hot. Called Raffi on Friday, and he came over on Tuesday. All we had to do was tell him the model of each oven over the phone while making the appointment. Turns out it was the igniters on both ovens, which is quite common apparently. Raffi had them fixed in about an hour. Total cost $378.00 including HST. He also had a knob for one of the stove elements that we lost years ago, which he threw in for free. All in all, a quick, efficient job and I would certainly recommend this company if your appliance is in need of some TLC. Oh I'll also mention that although this company is listed in Pickering, we are located in downtown Toronto and it didn't seem to be an issue.
