Honest guy and fixed my dryer (heat wasn't working). Woohoo. This is my first time hiring a handy man so you can only imagine how overwhelming it can be to find one since there are so many to choose from. But I chose Appliances Wizards for the owner just seemed like an honest and hardworking person. If you check his website, he even says why overcharge when people are just trying to get things fixed so they can get on with their day to day life. Glad my confidence in this small business owner panned out. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.

We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. Alan had come and fixed one burner and then attempted to fix the second. After cutting all of the wires and trying to put them together with other wires (obviously didn't work), he said he needed to go with Tony to the store to buy coloured electrical tape to colour code his mess and that he would come back at a later time. No one got back to me. For one month I kept calling and Sandra continued to tell me she had no new information. Finally, Alda answered the phone and provided the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He told me that I should "live with 3 burners instead of 4" and also told me "he hates dealing with frustrated people." Alda then surprisingly called me back to tell me that the wires were melted, likely due to an electrical fire. Apparently, there's nothing they can do and Alan won't be coming back to fix it. Why wasn't I given this information when Alan was working on my stove? I paid $350, and for what? Find a reputable company with competent workers if you need any appliance repaired!!!

I am looking for a counter top depth fridge for a more build in look and they have 2 aisles of those on display. Tips: They often has sale and rebate going on. I think I have to keep an eye open and check on their website often for sale! The staff we dealt with is courteous and happy to answer all my questions. Tasco definitely worth checking out if you are looking for more higher end appliances.

And no follow up call from who ever I spoke to on Saturday. Jason gave me his cell phone number last year and said that if I ever needed anything to call him. I called him 3 weeks ago on a Friday. He told me that he would stop by the following week. 2 weeks go by and no Jason and that's why I called the shop. He has my cell number and could of sent me a text as to why he didn't show up. I have recommended your service to friends and neighbors but now I have retracted all the nice things that I had said about your company. After this incident and lack of workmanship I will warn people not to call you. Not sure why no one reached out to me because I was nothing but nice to Jason when he was here last year. I'm not a problem customer. I'm polite and courteous. I can't say the same about your lack of service this time. Very disappointing. I called Raffi @ Accurate Appliance after a family member recommended him for oven repairs. Both of…read morethe ovens in our house (go figure) weren't heating up/staying hot. Called Raffi on Friday, and he came over on Tuesday. All we had to do was tell him the model of each oven over the phone while making the appointment. Turns out it was the igniters on both ovens, which is quite common apparently. Raffi had them fixed in about an hour. Total cost $378.00 including HST. He also had a knob for one of the stove elements that we lost years ago, which he threw in for free. All in all, a quick, efficient job and I would certainly recommend this company if your appliance is in need of some TLC. Oh I'll also mention that although this company is listed in Pickering, we are located in downtown Toronto and it didn't seem to be an issue.
