They check the brakes which were good because some other shop told me my brakes were low but the checked them and said they still had 60-70% I didn't believe them at first but when they took them off and showed me the old one and said I don't mind taking your money but I like to be honest so if you want me to charge you I will but I like to be honest you don't need them right now. So the just put my old brakes back on didn't even charge me did the alignment and the new tires got me all setup and done. Really honest guys the office guy and the techs outside. I also order new wheels and tires for my wife as a Christmas gift super excited to get those on my wife's traverse.

We were headed for Sonora for a "girls" weekend when we noticed the tire warnings on my Honda CRV were all lit up. We stopped to check and put air in the tires ourselves but her nails were too long and mine were too short to complete the job so we headed for Google. We are are so fortunate to come across the ad for this company and we ended up there completely at their mercy. We were afraid to drive all the way to Sonora with any kind of warning lights on. The manager, Danniel Mancilla, treated us so well and took care of our problem so effortlessly that both of us were amazed. We don't get this kind of treatment in the Bay Area. I was prepared to purchase 4 new tires from them if need be but he assured me that I was simply low on air because of the weather change after he checked the tires thoroughly. Not only did he do that but he recalibrated my car to get rid of the warning lights...all with little or no effort and a smile. We didn't have to wait...and it wasn't that they weren't busy...he just did it himself. And when I ask him how much I owed him he said "glad you stopped here and hope you will return". Amazing. After getting my truck home, I notice a clunking / metallic sound coming from the under carriage. I called Steve's and spoke with Jason who advised me to bring it back in, which I did after the weekend. They confirmed the noise after a test drive and determined that bolts were loose on the transmission mounting bracket. They rectified the problem without charge. It was a hassle free experience, except for the problem itself. How the bolts came to be loose, I don't know, but the issue was handled. I have been going to Steve's for my service needs and they are always courteous, professional, and honest.

I called Mitch up, he picked up on the first try, he listened to the problem, said "Give me 5mins to check if the guys are still at the shop" and 2min later he confirmed I could go get help. Guy at the shop was expecting me when I arrived 10min after the call (since I had to drive a few miles), friendly, helped me right away. It was a minor problem, though help given when needed.

But I was told by her, they need to review a camera when i basically brought my vehicle and who serviced it over 2 caps? and asked for invoice.. Is this is a Joke! Will never come here again. If you have to review a camera how your employees talk, do their jobs and on customers, that shows me you have trust issues in general. Imagine something bigger missing on vehicles.. Yet you spend $200 on oil change and still service your vehicles here despite all that. That to me is not a value or appreciation, compare to other Valvoline locations we have been too.
