Greg's Small Engines no longer repairs snowblower's, per Greg (https://www.yelp.com/biz/gregs-small-engines-shorewood - May 2022), and he referred me to Dylan and Sean, who worked for him and whom he trained.
The last snow of the season, my snowblower rotor sucked up a loose chain. The shear pins didn't let go and the drive shaft for the rotor failed. I texted the number given to me by Greg. Dylan responded very quickly and made an appointment to come to our house.
Dylan and Sean took no time at all to assess the problem and in a matter of less than a half hour, they solved the issue and were on their way.
I can't tell you how impressed I was with both Dylan and Sean. They are down to earth, friendly, gentle souls who really know their stuff (Snow blowers, mowers, riding mowers, one and two stroke, etc.). Their business is to come out to your location, wherever the machine that needs attention is at, and to do the tuneup or repair needed on site. How great is that?
They are honest as the day is long and they more than reasonably price their service. I HIGHLY recommend Mobile Small Engines! read more
