Exactly 34 days after he did that, I dropped my phone in order to keep myself from falling. Even with my protective case the screen took another hit and was shattered. I was four days beyond my warranty and my cell phone repair did the repair for me again and extended my warranty. I felt so happy and grateful for the extension. My son dropped his iPhone 5C and shattered the screen. I found Cellairis online and saw they have a…read morekiosk in Neshaminy Mall so we took it there. We got to the kiosk at 8pm and the guy was by himself and already working on a repair. He told me how much it would cost and said my repair would take about 20 mins once he finished the one he was working on. I said ok and he asked for my cell number so he could shoot me a text when it was done. We walked around the mall for a bit and around 845pm he sent me a text saying it was ready. The good thing about the kiosk is that we walked by a few times to see his progress - was he still on the first repair, was he on my repair yet etc. The repair was quick and only $70. My son broke his iPod screen years ago and the place I took it to charged over $100, so I quickly agreed to the $70 for an iPhone 5C! I also bought a tempered glass screen protector for $10, which was a percentage off because I had the repair done but I don't remember the percentage. I would like to warn customers in the event they have repair work done and it malfunction's the…read morebusiness claims they have warranty that covers the repair but the tech may say something completely boigus about why it can't be repaired properly or it will take weeks for what is a simple fix. Then when you tell them I'll take it to another business to have it repair and want a refund from them. They will say company policy NO Refunds even if someone repairs something they couldn't reasonably do in a time fashion.
