I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.

THIS NIGHTMARE all began when I took my Suzuki Boulevard 2006, to get customized body work in 2018. Month after month LEONARDO would tell me that my motorcycle was being worked on and that he needed more time and extra money to get the parts that I wanted, at first I trusted him and his demands as I naively expected my motorcycle to be completed. Exaggeratedly, this process took almost TWO YEARS and when I finally had enough of his continuous EXCUSES and constant evading I sent him a message saying I wanted to go see my motorcycle. When I arrived he was RUDE, IRRATIONAL, AGGRESSIVE and told me to take my motorcycle "AS IS", meaning he hadn't completed what I paid to be completed and the little he did finish, was absolute trash work at its best. The motorcycle was poorly painted, inaccurately customized and worst of all, UNFINISHED. If what you want is to throw your money away whilst your ruin your motorcycle(s) this is your place. At the end of this ordeal at the very least I asked to get the parts back that I PAID FOR, which weren't placed on my motorcycle, he denied me as such and also failed to give me my invoice or any type of invoice to clarify what he had bought with MY MONEY to work on MY MOTORCYCLE. This place is an absolute joke, a place where I wish i never went to or anyone for that matter. LEONARDO IS A THIEF. Shame on this place and its workers. A EL QUE LEA ESTO. What a disaster of a place. Initially took my bike there to change out my fork seals. They were…read moreworn and starting to crack from the sun. They seemed to do a good job but I was getting moisture on the forks after riding. Seemed like they fixed it at the time. Then took my bike back there (against better my judgement) because the front tire was losing air. The mechanic there told me I would need to replace the tire, so we did. A week later I was having the exact same problem. Again he said we needed to change the tire. At this point I was becoming suspicious but said "ok." Next week same issue. So I checked it for myself. Ended up being a bad valve that they kept using for the new tires. They just kept switching it to the new tire to save $5. I had already gave them a deposit for another part but decided to cut my loses and took the bike to another mechanic. It turns out when they initially changed the forks they sanded the metal around them (for some idiotic reason) and left pits in the metal. Because of their stupidity, I now had to replace the forks. Not only will they not fix your problems but they will add to them. Stay away!!!

Dropped 883 Sportster at Underground Garage .for oil change …read more Ray said hand break light not working.Brought back Picked up February 12 th ,,paid for oil change hand break lights not working..Didn't charge me then.Ray ,owner was going to Daytona bike week .Had to wait.February 22 dropped off again ,still not fixed.Picked up ,had to ride without rear break light working . Dropped off again March 29 .He kept bike till April 23 .Friday . When I picked up bike ,,,.No Hand break lights .No Foot break lights .No Turn signals and battery dead .He said just ride bike for 45 minutes to charge battery . I said ,Ray ,I can't take bike like this with far more broken than when originally dropped off February . He said come back tomorrow.Saturday.Will have it ready. Came back .No hand break lights,no foot break lights ,no turn signals and speedometer wasn't working .Lastly bike had loss of compression.Missing really bad .I asked him why all these things weren't working .He said everything worked great when I picked up Saturday . Took it to other Harley mechanic first thing Monday morning .then went to Ray ,thinking he'd give me my money back .Again. he said everything worked great . Waiting for repair bill of new mechanic business to correct damage done to my bike.will post diagnostic results . May 28,,Peterson's Harley Davidson charged me $350 to correct electrical system where wires were crossed,ie blew all fuses .Carburetor missing part and had to be rebuilt.$650,all started with oil change at Underground Garage.My bike has always been in top performance. VooDoo Motorsports fixed our dingy motor and impressed us greatly in the process. From the initial…read morephone call to the delivery of our repaired motor within the promised time frame, VooDoo's service rocks. The best part was when the service tech sent pictures of the work in progress. We could see exactly what was being done and what we were paying for. Before returning the motor, the tech sent a video of it working perfectly in the shop. Then at delivery, he ran it again to show us that all was well. VooDoo Motorsports does so much more than motorcycles: boat motors, electronics, bottom paint. Next time we need work done, we will check with VooDoo first. If they do it, we are going there.
