This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Frist beware OCS is not an Arizona…read moreLicensed Contractor most likely in violation of Arizona State Statutes A.R.S 32-1151 and /or 32-1165. We did employ OCS not knowing this issue to install a Security System for our home which would give us the ability to see and replay videos while traveling. Since installing the system 6 months ago we have never been able to replay videos from our PC's. At OCS's decision they installed the Zosi Equipment which has no operations Manuals and marginal support (if any) by only email. When attempting to get the owner Oscar Sabino to address the issue he tells us he is only a cable guy, and we need to hire a computer technician to solve our problem. We hired him to install a working security System and never had the understanding he is not reasonable for the operation of the system. During the Six Months we had the Zosi Controller go bad and it took six months and fighting with Oscar to get it replaced. Today we still cannot replay from our traveling Computers, and he tells us, it is not his responsibility, and we can hire a technician or purchase a better controller for $1,600 more after we paid him $4,420 for the system. I have also discovered when placing the cables in the attic our installation was torn apart and not replaced. I have complained to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and will most likely end up in small claim court. Learn my experience and find a different Contractor.

Remember the big freeze in December? On Christmas Eve I was out of town and got a call from my…read morebuilding's maintenance that water was coming out my front door. Even though our heat was on, a pipe burst and flooded all 1100 sq ft of my condo in 2-3 inches of water. I started calling mitigation companies and it was a nightmare. Almost everyone was either not taking on jobs or had a 2+ day waitlist. Tony at Nautilus was referred to me from one of these calls. Tony's team was able to get out to my place the next day. He called regularly to update me on progress since I was out of town and explained to me all the work that was going on. They were thorough and took hundreds of pictures, did mold testing, and made sure everything was all the way dried out.

Tony, the owner was immensely responsive, informative, professional and prompt. His knowledge is staggering and he's able to condense things down, including estimate explanations, work process and necessary steps into the simplest possible terms. This took a lot of stress off our plates. His work is immaculate and a mirror-image of his professionalism. I can say with absolute certainty that if we had gone with a different company, we would have to buy wigs from pulling our hair out. We are 110% satisfied with our experience.

SCAM! Hobi, nice guy but he is a bonafide shady, lazy scammer. I spent $175 on a back-glass…read morereplacement for an iPhone 15 Pro. MORE than the Apple Store out of warranty replacement. Apple does a full replacement as well rather than just the glass back. Hobi did an awful job. When I got the phone back one corner of the glass was clicking in and out of place because he didn't use adhesive the first time to seal it (half of the job btw.) So it was loose and bound to break again. I went back in to watch him do the whole thing properly again, and it took him 5 MINUTES. He initially quoted me for "$220 but I'll do it for $180 as a discount." which I brought down to 160 but after his "extra fees" it still hit 175. I spent $175 on 5 minutes of labor that I HAD TO GO BACK AND MAKE HIM DO AGAIN PROPERLY, for a $15 glass back. He does a great job of ACTING as an honest "I don't want to overcharge my customers" reasonable guy. But, it's all a hoax. Right after he scammed me, I watched him charge a lady $40 to just put on a screen protector and buy a $5 phone case. He also does a "diagnostic" that runs you $55 to basically just open your phone up and clean the ports. Anyone could do that for the first time on their own in less than an hour with a pipe cleaner and microfiber cloth. Save your money, time and mental-wellbeing (main reason I'm writing this) by skipping out on this place. Any other 3rd party repair shop is better than this place. For anyone who decides to go based on the hundreds of fake reviews posted here, I pray for you and hope you read this one.
