    I recently emailed print and lamination service request to the Casa Grande AZ OfficeMax. Right…read morebefore payment, I noted it stated my order would be ready next business day. It was a few minutes before 2pm. I need the items early the next morning. I had the thought to call the print department! Gentleman I spoke to confirmed that there were orders ahead of mine therefore the information I received. He inquired about the order and I shared information with him. He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this? I received a text message well before 6pm that my order was ready for pickup! I was able to get my print service products delivered the next morning right on schedule! Many thanks to print services @ OfficeMax Casa Grande for going above and beyond.

    I only needed sleeves and copy paper. Their copy paper was 2 for $12. However, when I took it to…read morethe checkout, it rang up individually. I noticed that as I got ready to put my credit card in. Thus, I mentioned it to the cashier, Steve. Wow! He jumped all over me telling me that he hadn't totalled it yet. I indicated to him that he gets pretty irritated when someone mentions it to him. He said he has to explain it a 100 times a day. Then, I said but you've only said it to me once and you jumped all over me. He did apologize but he definitely needs better customer service manners.
