Our dog came home looking great and completely relaxed, which says a lot. Santiago has been grooming for 35 years, and his experience really shows. We've already decided he'll be our groomer from now on and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about both the dogs and the quality of his work. Five stars.

She comes back super soft, completely mat-free, and smelling amazing every single time. She's long-haired and not the easiest to groom, so I really appreciate the care and skill Santiago and his team put into every visit. I recently started taking both of my dogs here as well. They're short-haired and pretty easy, but it's still such a relief knowing they're in good hands. Their nails are always perfectly trimmed, they come back clean, happy, and fresh, and the whole experience is consistently great. I love being able to drop all three off and know they're going to be well cared for. Amazing service, kind staff, and reliable every time. Highly recommend!

I had been searching for a mobile groomer because it's tough to take both pups at the same time and my rescue doesn't get along with other dogs and that can be an issue taking her. Shane was on time, so nice and gentle and their nails were done better than any of the groomers we've been to around here. My mastiff did so well with him despite it being their first meeting! I will definitely be using Shane for as long as possible and if you have any doggie anxiety issues or just want your fur babies to feel more relaxed at home you need to have Shane come out.

My dog, Nigel, is a 12.5 lb Pomeranian/Cairn Terrier mix. He is usually pretty good about being groomed, but he is nervous about getting his nails trimmed. Aloisia did everything she could to make sure Nigel would have a good experience. When I arrived to pick him up, Nigel was his normal, happy self and did not seem stressed at all. Not to mention he smelled AMAZING and his haircut was very cute and well done. It cost $50 to get Nigel bathed and trimmed. That also included his nails, ears, and anal glands. Very comparable in price to other grooming places in the area, and I would much rather hand over my dog to Aloisia than PetSmart. Aloisia mentioned she has one customer come down from San Francisco every 5 weeks to get her dog trimmed, and I can certainly see why! I will definitely be taking Nigel to her to get groomed for the duration of my time in the Monterey Bay area. Note: Aloisia only accepts cash or check.
