My regular hairstylist was out of town, or else he would've been my go-to. I arrived and checked in. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful. She greeted many clients by name and already knew what service they were requesting. After a few minutes of waiting, she noticed and kindly said she'd check in with the stylist. I really appreciated this attention to detail; most receptionists would've just moved along, but she took the time to follow up. The hairstylist was also very sweet, and the scalp massage was wonderful. She asked about where I was going and what the event was to make sure she set the right expectations for my hair. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and the event was at 5:00 PM. Despite all the moving around and set-up throughout the day, my hair looked beautiful all night. The cost for the service was $58 I will absolutely be going in again and trying out their blowout packages. I loved the entire experience!

I usually choose the quick-rinse tan that you shower off after 2 hours, which then develops over the next several hours, and it always turns out great. She talks you through the whole process, addresses any concerns, and makes sure you feel comfortable. If you're nervous about it like I was the first time, she'll talk you through it and ease you into it if that's what you need. Normally, I have very fair skin, but Nancy makes the tan look very natural. I have received many compliments in the past. Just go with her, you will not be disappointed.

She has a couple "levels" to choose from and will work with you to pick the best one for you and your needs. She will send you home with an instruction card with all of the post-tan instructions and your wash-off time. Her website is also well designed and has tons of great information for first-timers as well as the proper pre-care instructions. My spray tan turned out perfectly and lasted about a week with the proper care. I honestly miss my tan! I got a bunch of compliments on the spray tan and quite a few folks thought it was natural. Immediately after my tan I told an employee named Saylor that I don't feel like the spray got on my arms or upper body at all. I didn't feel much spray during the session. I also paid for all the add ons for fast results and extra scent for $75. Saylor told me to come in the next day if I wasn't happy with results. So I did. It is very clear the spray did not really work or cover my arms & upper body once it developed. I came in and another employee named Hannah was very rude and not willing to help me or offer any solutions. I have pictures to show my results. My hands have a bit of tan but from my forearm on up there is no spray tan at all. It is very very disappointing. My sister who went right after me in the booth and selected the same medium spray tan + same add ons had great results, we the same natural skin color. It's obvious maybe the solution wasn't inserted properly or something about my session was incorrect but I'm very disappointed with the results and the service. I went back in to request a refund or a redo session but was not supported in the location although I was told to come back in. I'm super disappointed the service and the results.
