****Absolutely horrified**** Refused to provide any service until paid upfront without examining vehicle or showing up. (Customer had cash in hand). Called night before with harsh and rude attitude. Told customer "i don't need you or your money you no good non-payment people. Call again and i will call the cops." Absolutely appalled by lack of respect or concern for customer. This guy answered my call and scheduled to come out to me 3 times and never showed. He gave me every excuse you can think of. I wouldn't trust this guys word if you need anything done. There's plenty of other mobile mechanics that will actually show up. I was worried from the start because he sounds really really old. I don't mean to hold that against him but he just wasn't very sharp and that worried me. read more
