I got my Nissian…read moredetailed by this company just yesterday and I told the man himself after 4 hours of cleaning the car that I was unsatisfied. First of all, my leather seats were NEVER touched like he said he "was" going to do and "oil them up". Secondly, he ONLY wiped my dashboard and NOTHING else. IM SO SERIOUS when I say that I left my car in the shop for 4 hours and the only thing he did was vacuum my car and wash my car outside gently. When I seen it I told him why is there marks on my leather and on my ceiling boards and doors, mans reply was, " oh those are my hand prints, here it's an easy clean" and proceeded to clean it. it didn't matter at that point anymore after my car was left with him for 4 HOURS!!!! oh and if you by any chance decide to go with him take pics of your car before bcs my trunk is damaged now due to his lack of knowledge of which solutions to use on the car for what- he called it " milk stains" when the car is fairly new. it might of been bcs I was a woman that he thought he fooled me I just hope this post gets you sir! I paid $130 for everything and told him I wasn't gonna come back. I went after to turbo_detailing_bros is there instagram and they got EVERYTHING OUT! Thank you to Turbo detailing my car looks shiny and clean and it was worth every penny!

I had Steven Lockhart Ceramic coat our new to us Camry, and Wow is all I can say, when we went to…read morepick it up, he sprayed degreaser on the paint while it had been in the hot sun, let it sit while, he went to get a bottle of water to show me how easy it was to rinse off, and would not hurt the paint. This made me a little nervous to say the least. As you would never put degreaser on unprotected paint. If you have a new/newer car, I would recommend Steven at All Pro Detailing and Ceramic Coating to protect it. It's going to preserve the value of your vehicle. It's going to make it shine like you've never seen it shine before. And it makes the car stay cleaner longer and so much easier to clean. You just need to rinse the dirt right off.

Other places I contacted wanted significantly more money, expected me to act as the middleman with my insurance company, and quoted me 3-4 weeks without my vehicle. Even though I have rental coverage through my primary insurance carrier, they still left me responsible for handling the rental process. TJ and Rocky went above and beyond. Not only did they handle my hail repair professionally, but they also helped diagnose and fix a sunroof leak that my vehicle had from the dealership when it was purchased new. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and treated my vehicle like it was their own. Carolina PDR provided outstanding communication, quality workmanship, and a level of customer service that is hard to find. I highly recommend TJ, Rocky, and Carolina PDR to anyone needing hail damage repair or vehicle assistance!
