They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.

DO NOT get your phone fixed here, I wish i could review lower than 1 star. their screens are not up…read moreto date, they are slow, laggy, doesn't show the shades right for example the color black is blue on my phone now.... if you get your phone fixed here you will never want to use your phone anymore as the LCD screen is NON-GENIUNE and from a cheap supplier. it will hurt your eyes, lag and show bad quality throughout your phone, you will never get rid of the system notification saying that your screen is garbage, when you leave your phone unlocked it will randomly select apps and open them. Want to call someone? Good luck getting your phone unlocked, I regret coming to this place so much, my iPhone was better off broken. They also admit to screens being bad quality and will NOT give a refund. Also i should say my phone isn't new, its an iphone 11 pro max. They should've had no problem fixing the screen in a professional way. Dreading having to shell out an arm and a leg to repair it I had called out to several stores, all of them wanted $200+ plus tax, UniverCell told me it would only be $120 plus tax, and better yet they had the part and didn't have a Que!
