I have to say ----- I am very, very impressed with Mobile Headliners. I'm cynical, I've come to expect poor service and lack of interest from most south Florida businesses. No matter what the product or service is, it seems there's always a problem, misunderstanding, or service failure of some sort. NOT this one. She's really good. I had called MobileHeadliners and spoken with Heather. Told her I needed my headliner fixed on my 2014 VW GTI. She was very professional, asked some questions about the car, then quoted me an excellent price. We set up a time for the job. The day she came to my house she was running a bit late due to an earlier job. She texted me to let me know. That in itself pleasantly surprised me. As to the job itself, I would give it an A++ grade. She matched the type of fabric and color nearly perfectly, the inside looks like a new car. Heather communicated with me through text very well and agreed on a time and day. They saved me a bunch of time and hassle. The headliner matched the original color or even better. I did my research before coming to a conclusion on which company I would pick to do my headliner. I found Mobile Headliners and It took me a while to decide when to call and schedule. I called like 2 days prior to actual day, contact the owner, he stated he would be out for month due to surgery and he still insisted that he would send his co-worker/employee to do the service for him and that "Jimmy" would call me. Sure enough Jimmy called and we set it up, 9am sharp. The day came and Jimmy actually woke me up 9am in the dot just like we agreed. I have never been so happy with the service that Jimmy did and his assistant. Super professional, less than 40 min and everything was left clean and looking mighty fine! Heather and her Mobile Headliner Service is absolutely amazing. The headliner for my BMW was literally hanging on by a thread and after personal attempts with headliner glue, I didn't think it was repairable. Heather communicated with me throughout the entire process and was also very punctual when the repair date arrived. After reading the reviews online I figured I would give them a try. The headliner in our 2005 Cayenne was sagging in the back cargo area. I called the company for a quote, and they were very well priced, especially compared to the dealer. It may have been a little cheaper at a local shop, but they were going to come to the house and do the work there. I called an made an appointment. They came out, but the material needed to be ordered, so they did that and came back a day later. They were extremely flexible in timings and they did a great job. Can give 10 star if there is such option. My headliner on vw cc 2009 was saggy and I have it replaced by a shop, the outcome is horrible..The headliner is not leveled and they broke a few things like seat belt.. The tried to get the panel out by removing the windshield..the headliner color is not matched, and the 'fix' took me a whole week....... But this lady, is absolutely an pro. She didn't remove the windshield and finished the amazing job in 2 hours by only herself. The headliner is just like new, and the color is matched. Mobile Headliners Service Miami replaced my 2009 VW Jetta headliner in September and it now looks just like new! Weston VW wanted $1300 (500 parts + 800 labor) to replace the original which had separated from the side pillars, dome light, and center overhead console. These guys are great. Showed up on time, friendly, upbeat, worked fast with good attention to detail( 90 minutes for a suburban), reinstalled every light, vent, console fixture perfectly, used high quality materials (better than the original).
