VERY BAD Service, false advertising, and no detailed cleaning at all. If regret gave me my money back I would go for a REAL car detailer service. Although Tade is very responsive and ready to jump on scheduling online, in person he is hostile, aggressive and unprofessional. Here are the cons and the pros of this service: Cons : 1. Bad advertising: Tade offered several things he doesn't provide i.e.: excellent service. His "good reviews" are fake, he pays for them because his service is truly bad. 2. Bait and switch pricing: when he felt he was not getting away with it he started DARVO on me. He accused me of not wanting to pay for the service when I asked him to clean missed spots. He decided to also shout that I could give him a bad review because he didn't care and he would not finish anything. 3. He does NOT do car detailing, at most it is an expensive basic car wash at home. The service looked rushed. He probably didn't wanted to do it in the first place as he arrived already altered and talking rudely. 4. He was pushy and threatened me, he even said it was because I am a woman - my firefighter neighbor had to come to my rescue. 5. Tade gave me his price (I never asked him for a discount or favors), accepted to work with my car street parked (after I sent him videos and photos of my area) and he agreed to do the job, but after calling me saying he "finished" the job he became hysterical when I pointed out he missed A LOT of things, then he poorly justified why he didn't wash my car headlights. This guy is dangerous and insane. 6. This service was not worth my money and my time. 7. The interaction with Tade was extremely stressful and confrontational on his part. 8. My car looks very bad for $200 payment. His initial quote was $260, but he gave up on detailing the car lights without previous notice, so he charged less while accusing me of not wanting to pay him. 9. Tade is rude and belligerent, has poor communication skills, and has a bad understanding of English making it very hard to reason with. Pros: 1. Responsive 2. Arrived 30 minutes early P.S.: I have a disability, I can't talk louder or shout, I am very calm and I was lucky my firefighter neighbor was there, otherwise I think Tade would have physically attacked me as he was shouting standing close to me while I was on the driver's seat. Very bad business. I'm so regretful about it. P.S. 2: I've seen the other bad reviews you got Tade. Similar behavior from you. Don't even dare to lie claiming you "did your best". Just don't. I requested exterior and interior cleaning, and carpet shampoo is included. First, I noticed the attitude when he came. He's not friendly. Maybe he has a bad day but should not have shown it to his customer. It made me doubt his professionalism. I closely inspected the work when i got home. There are spots that he missed. Overall, I could have done it myself and saved money. I thought he could have done it better because he has better equipment. He didn't do the carpet shampoo because I have liners that he said it's hard to take off. The price should have been lower because he didn't shampoo. His attitude was better after he finished. I used this service a few months ago I mainly wanted the stains in my seats to be cleaned which he did a good job, he did have to come back a second time because when they dried, the stains were still there. But after the second time coming back he got them out and they looked new again. He came back free of charge which I appreciated My biggest complaint even to this day is, whatever cleaning supply he is using, it doesn't come off easily. I have tried scrubbing areas of the interior of my car so many times but these spots won't come off, you can especially see it in the sun or day time which is maybe why he missed it when he was cleaning the interior. read more

I've sat on this updated review for a couple years, but now that this man doesn't know where I live anymore, I can finally post this. A mobile detail sounds great until the guy knows my address and is pissed that I left him a 3-star review. Even though it's been a couple years, this interaction is still very clear in my mind, and thankfully I haven't had another interaction like it. I ended up messaging this guy to ask what cleaning products were used on my air vents because after getting detailed they had a white residue left on them, that I still to this day have not been able to get off. He called me, pissed off that I had left him a bad review, saying I should have inspected my car better after he detailed it. He claimed sun damage was the cause, it could be but I highly doubt it. Regardless, my air vents looked worse after and this man has 0 customer service skills and was very aggressive. This was the first time my car ever received an interior detailing so I was skeptical when Tade said he could remove the various water, food, soda stains left in my car (that was there for years). I bought my car used in 2019. That was also the last time it was detailed. In 2020 I had a job that I had to use my car. I would also eat in my car since most places were closed due to covid. I had a few spills in there. I cleaned it the best I could. Once I didn't have my window closed all the way and I ended up with a water stain in the back. I regularly vacuum my car, but I really wanted to get the interior washed before adding the new seat covers I bought. Tade did a great job. was friendly, and professional. He had agreed to do my interior detailing job and the day of the appt is here and I am curious about the equipment he's using and starts getting very passive aggressive with his replies and ends up FaceTiming me to show me his stuff and at the end decides to say he can't do my job anymore.
