I booked Anthony for two haircuts, one for me and one for my three year old son. He was great! He showed up exactly on time with his impressively tricked out, single chair, barbershop van. Anthony makes good conversation, he seems like a solid, hardworking dude, he's professional, and he cuts a good haircut. He took his time and didn't rush. He has two TVs, and he offered drinks and snacks. It was my son's second haircut ever, and he was scared, fussy, and non-compliant. Anthony was extremely understanding and patient. He put on cartoons for my son, spoke in an upbeat and motivating way to my son, and allowed us to stop to take breaks. About halfway through, my son finally realized he could trust Anthony and that the haircut didn't need to be a stressful experience, and he let Anthony finish the haircut without any more issues. I'm so happy that Anthony helped us with this and was able to complete the haircut and gain my son's trust in the process. The fact that it looks great is almost a bonus! This service is more expensive than most haircuts, but the convenience, professionalism, and just general awesomeness of what Anthony offers is totally worth it for a premium experience right outside your front door. I will definitely book again. Thank you Anthony! You rock! read more

Anthony great guy. Professional hair cut shaved beard off. Highly recommended for people in care facility

The van is super cool and comfortable, I was so happy with my cut, and I felt secure that it was Covid safe. Friendly, efficient, talented, made me feel totally at ease. And I'm autistic so that's hard to do. Will definitely use this service over and over again. read more

With the latest government directives and my fruitless search for an open barber shop I turned to Mobile Hair Pros for a much needed haircut. I spoke to Anthony yesterday and made an appointment for today. I had no idea what to expect. I thought he would come inside my place and cut my hair at my dining room table. No! He has an amazing gorgeous Mercedes Van completely outfitted like a barber shop complete with music, movies, play station and a very comfortable barber chair. Anthony greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves and sprayed my hands upon entry into the van. His license is prominently displayed. His personality is warm and engaging. His talent is unmistakable. I am beyond satisfied with the results. In these difficult times this is a welcome solution. I can't recommend Anthony and Mobile Hair Pros highly enough. read more

Mobile Hair Pros - Anthony's van - Barbers Near Me

Awful!! I sent a text message to inquire about getting my husband a hair cut for his birthday. I saw a friend used this company so I thought, why not! Sent a text message, they responded and asked for my location. I let them know where I was located, and got the response... "I don't think you know how this works. We are in Long Beach and that's 70 miles away. It would be $100 in Mileage and $50 for the service." Ummmm ok?? Rude!!!! #1 I had no idea where they were located. And #2 after I let them know I wouldn't be using them and would find a service where "I understood how it worked" I got the response. "Good luck with that." I get it's quarantine, but that doesn't give you a reason to be RUDE and talk to people like they are idiots when they are inquiring about your business!!!! read more

I started getting cut by Anthony with mobile hair about 3 months ago, and ever since then I see him almost weekly. Getting a haircut in the mobile hair pros van is truly a one of a kind, luxury experience. The minute you step into the van, you can tell the amount of work and attention to detail that went into creating the interior. The trim and surfaces are aesthetically pleasing, and the van is decked out with a TV, an Xbox, speakers, and a cooler stocked with plenty of beverage options. The best part of the experience is yet to come, as once you get in the chair you will quickly realize that Anthony is passionate about his craft, and cares about giving you the exact cut you asked for. He really takes his time to make sure you leave happy and feeling good every time. The hair cut is always solid, and the post cut black charcoal mask and hot towel always have me feeling fresh and revitalized. If you are looking for a luxurious, convenient, and professional experience, give Anthony a try! read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Anthony gave me the cut that was better than what I had envisioned. His set up is better than 90% of the barbershops I've ever been to. All the amenities too; TV, fridge stocked with beverages, top of the line barber chair/equipment, fully functioning sink and restroom. His attention to detail is unparalleled. I feel like I stepped into the future and came back with the best cut I've ever had. Will be using him again for sure. read more

He gave my husband the best haircut! Such a great guy and experience! Wish I could give him more stars.

I've known and experienced his barbering expertises for over 3 years, before he got his mobile shop and set up his own business. I, "discovered" Wallace when I went into the shop I had been using for a couple of years (my usual barber not in) so Wallace was it. I wanted a shave, and Wallace's skill with the straight razor convinced me I was dealing with a pro. So he went independent I maintained contact and from the first encounter in his custom van, he had a customer and I had about as close to a friend as one could get with a barber. B.C. (before Covid) I would get a haircut and shave twice a month. 9:30 a.m. he'd show up He would have YouTube on and we'd go looking for a jazz musician. Well those days are gone. Now he still comes at 9:30, but instead of working inside the van, he cuts, shaves is more like it, my hair. After he's done he carries the bar chair back into the house. Yep. Wallace is quite the barber, and quite the guy. You can go to his website, MobilePos.net to find available times and book an appointment. You can pay be credit or debit card before your appointment. read more

First off, What a great guy! I can't say enough about Anthony's professionalism as well as his overall warm nature, not to mention KICKA$$ hair skills! Mobile Hair Pros is more than just a barber that comes to you, it's an experience. My friend, his son and I all got cuts the other day and we couldn't be happier! Anthony takes the time he needs to make you look good, no hustling, no cutting corners, he takes pride in his work and it shows. We all had a blast relaxing in his SWEET mobile shop; movies, music, beverages, it's all under one roof, and that roof comes to you! His quality of work is as good as there is, hands down, but the man makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I can't say enough. Just got my hair cut two days ago and me and my boys are already planning our next visit. Book online cause he's in high demand. Thank you Anthony for making us feel like a million bucks! See you again real soon! read more

I used to have a hairline that looked like a failed calculus lesson and a patchy, misshapen beard that was in a long distance relationship with my sideburns. Not a day would go by where I wouldn't get clipped on for how bad my hair looked. I had to PAY girls to hug me. I'd get job interviews cancelled as soon as I'd walk in because ain't nobody tryna hire someone with a hairline that looks like a Soundcloud waveform! But then one day things changed. After getting my hair done right by Mobile Hair Pros, life's become way easier for me. I haven't had any less than 250 unread messages on my phone. Bouncers BEG me to walk into their clubs. I walk into job interviews expecting an entry level position and walk out as the CEO. Long story short, I'm winning, and Mobile Hair Pros is the sole reason why. Get like me, get with the program, and get cut by the PROS. read more

I grew up hating getting haircuts and I have always listed it right up there with going to the dentist; that its something you had to do but never really enjoyed. During the pandemic I was forced to look to alternatives to getting my haircut and stumbled across Mobile Hair Pros online. To say that I have changed my mind about getting haircuts is the understatement of the year, albeit the year is just beginning. I could tell you all about how fancy you feel sitting in the super nice and spacious sprinter van or that you feel like a celebrity when people walk bye to take pictures of the vehicle (This is pretty sweet since the windows are tinted and they have no idea you can see them). But the best part is Anthony, he is a friend that you make during this process. He cares about his job and that's his customers and it really shows. You could have a bad day but as soon as he opens that door it all changes. I more than recommend his service and anyone who steps into his van should be considered lucky. read more

This was the best cut I have ever gotten. I decided to get the deluxe package. The moment I stepped into the guy and I felt welcomed. Anthony asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to, what I wanted to watch, he asked me if I want to play the PlayStation even offered me a drink. Everything was smooth I was comfortable. It was a great time. This is the best barber you can get. I recommend him. You will not be disappointed! read more

It is hard to be a mom inside of a barber shop! We have sons, they need their hair cut.. but we feel so uncomfortable at the barber shop even when some try very hard to make you feel welcome, alot of them don't care and you are smack dab in the middle of Maleness. This is MY personal opinion.. it may work for others but this is the reason my son had a pony tail until he was almost 4. We were introduced to Wallace by a friend and have been going to him over 1.5 years now. He gave my son his first haircut and let me tell you: it was blood, sweat, and alot of tears.. and moving.. Wallace professionally got us through it..eventually had to drape me with my son as he was in my lap the first two times. This mobile barbershop is personal and very pleasant inside. He has refreshments, a video system for the kids, seating for 2 and standing space for a 3rd person (pre COVID-19 ofcourse) He did great with my son who loves to come get his hair cut now: like a big boy! Wallace knows how to give my baby hair cuts that make him look so handsome and neat! I am never disappointed. Fun fact: his van has a rest room in the back of it.. just in case your wondering. The Mobile Hair Van is truly a intimate barber shop on wheels!! I am very lucky to have found him. read more

He does a great job and I will be a regular with him from now on. Highly recommended. If you need a haircut or anything else on his service list, do yourself a favor and give him a try. My first impression when I stepped into Mr. Wallace's mobile barbershop was WOW! It is very clean and setup perfectly. A very relaxing and professional atmosphere. I'm still in awe of the overall first impression. The cut was executed with absolute perfection. He is very meticulous and not only a master of his craft but, you can feel his love for what he does. I am new to the area and have been through several barbershops and barbers since moving here from the San Diego area and I have finally found my permanent barber. I'm so happy that I have found him. Also, if you are as busy as I am you can definitely understand just how great it is to be able to make a call and setup an appointment and he can bring his awesome mobile shop to you. Anthony is the best! What a great set-up he has. Nice van, with a mobile barbershop in it! Man, it took me back to the barbershops I went to as a kid. The smell of the talcum powder, glass cabinets with all the products and a solid barbershop chair...and a barber that is cool to talk to. I felt like I was 8 years old again. The best part was that he came to me. He arrived at my job, I went out to the van and got my haircut, then back to work. No fuss, no muss, no worries. Definitely will use this service again. read more

This service was fantastic! Anthony was very prompt getting back to me about a time change for the appointment, and then he called me before heading over to my place. The set-up in his Mercedes van was totally professional: clean, well maintained, stocked like a full-service barber shop. The atmosphere was comfortable with A/C and soft music. The barber chair felt good. Anthony is an experienced and talented barber. He listened to what I wanted done and he did a great job on my hair. I was completely satisfied. Also for coronavirus precautions he wore a mask and gloves the entire time, and he showed me what he used to disinfect his tools in between clients. I wore a mask except for when he had to do my sides. The price is steeper than I am used to paying for a haircut ($50 plus a travel fee for driving outside of Long Beach) but he provides a very special service, so I felt it was worth it. I highly recommend Mobile Hair Pros. read more
