Absolutely excellent. This is round two for these guys, and I was not disappointed. My first time was for my Mini Clubman. The Mini was my "dog car." One of my dogs (short hair and small body aside) is just an explosion of tiny blonde hairs. Suffice it say, the black interior of the Mini was basically salt and pepper. The car was pretty dirty to boot - which is kinda sad for a Clubby. Well, the work was perfect. While he apologized for not being able to get ALL the dog hair out, he really didn't need to apologize - the work was impressive and my car felt almost new. He just got done with car #2 - this time, my husband's Ford Focus. My hubby barely drives, which means he largely ignores his car. It was FILTHY. The poor thing is low mileage and not really old, but it looked like it's been living parked along a dirt road. And the inside was worse. Brendan (I believe - terrible with names) just got done with the car and it looks AMAZING! Looks almost brand new. My husband will be thrilled with is "new" car. Additionally they are very nice - friendly, prompt and considerate. I've now added their number to my phone's contact list - we will be using them again! read more

With a black, 12 year old car, I have experienced a number of detailing jobs for my car over the years. I purchased a Groupon for Mobile Detailing Specialists and after moving here several years ago, have used only one other company in this area who did just an OK job. I have to say that I was more than pleased with the wonderful job Mike did. He took his time and accomplished all the things advertised for the deal. I didn't feel as if I were getting a cut rate job just because I'd used a Groupon. There were two spots on the hood caused by parking under a tree that just could not be removed. He patiently explained the product he had used the try and remove them and the normal results achieved. It may be that whatever got on the hood had some sap or something that actually ate through the clear coat. As everything is done by hand, he suggested I try having the spots buffed out, very carefully. I appreciated his attempts to remove the spots and advice on what I might try at a later date. I would definitely recommend Mobile Detailing Specialists as they seem to really value their customers' feedback, and hire employees like Mike who give you the best possible job. read more

I've had a number of details done over the years and I've never been as happy with the results as I was with Brendan. Especially his work on our minivan. Sure I've seen guys out effort into a sedan, but to actually not just remove the car seat, but lift or remove the van seats to clean underneath and remove the center console to really clean around it, I'm just amazed. My well used 6 1/2 year old van looks brand new. Plus, while getting 3 details done this week, I didn't have to put my day on hold to sit in a waiting room anywhere. That's huge. My car was an absolute mess sticky console and stains all over my seats and floors. He got came on time and got them all out as well as washing and waxing the outside. I have never since my chrome look so shiny. The whole smell of my car completely changed it is so much fresher. He did an absolutely amazing job and didn't take very long. He was able to detail and clean the car in its parking spot without having to move the car. There are a few detailers with 4 or 5 star ratings, and I like to choose mom and pops when I can, so I went with MDS from their ratings. I like when the owner does the job - because you know they have a vested interest in doing their best work. And Brendan did not disappoint. I have a silver F150 and haven't had a detail since I bought it, but wanted to invest in some protection for the coat and interior. Long story short - I didn't think you could make silver look that good! The interior is clean too and smells great. Brendan was open about what he could and could not do (truck bed) and the results are great. I've already passed his business cards around and gotten a few compliments on the job. As much as I would rather not admit this, prior to my detail appointment my car was disgusting. I just bought a voucher from Amazon and called to schedule my service. They were so polite over the phone and I absolutely loved the job they did on my car. Unbelievable! My car even had some small scratches on it that they were able to buff out by hand. I loved the care they took in doing the wash and wax by hand since my car is a classic with a restored paint job. I wasn't sure if I should even take a chance with a "bargain priced" detail, but I'm so glad I did. I have changed my rating of this company due to the fact that the owner did reach out to me to let me know that she was sorry over the way she reacted to me trying to get an appointment with her company. She explained that there was a situation that involved the company and employee which I could see can upset any owner but with that being said I also believe that any business or personally situation should never make a difference in how you speak and treat of customer, that once you pick-up that phone it all goes away.
