When it comes to my car everyone knows I am very OCD. They were able to make an appointment for me the next day for them to come to my office which was great. I set it up around lunch time expecting it would take around 45 minutes. Much to my surprise it only took like 15 minutes. The actual fixing of the dent was maybe only 5 of those. Douglas was truly an expert and new exactly what he was doing.
