He would have been done in two days if it wasn't for the rain. He got a few posts put in that first day, but the rain was too heavy to set the corner posts in concrete. When he was done, he cleaned up very thoroughly, including the dirt he removed for the posts. We have quite a slope across the yard, and the fence follows the contour perfectly. Steve is very friendly and personable, easy to work with, and he even took the time to watch our dog enjoy the freedom of a fenced yard for the first time in his life. Unfortunately in 2017 we learned of a problem with the community septic system in the subdivision. The issue was created by the subdivision developer and not by Andy or Med City Builders. Andy worked with us to correct the problem even though he didn't have to. It became apparent his reputation is important to him and he wants his customers to be happy before and after the sale. The top layer of the concrete is flaking away. Now we have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Unfortunately, we learned that Bill has a reputation for watering down the concrete after we had already signed his contract. Highly Recommend - Outstanding Work on a Challenging 1906 Duplex!…read more The Larson Siding and Window team recently replaced all the windows, storm doors, and entry doors on my 3-story duplex in Rochester, MN. Built in 1906, most of the original windows were over 100 years old--well past due for an upgrade. What could have been a stressful and complicated project turned out to be a smooth and even enjoyable experience, thanks to Tim, Bob, Ryan, and the rest of the crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and consistently met (or exceeded) my very high quality expectations. This wasn't an easy job, but they handled it with skill, professionalism, and great attitudes. On top of that, their pricing was competitive--and in my case, they delivered significantly more value than other bids I received. My father was so impressed with their work, he asked for a quote for his own project! I'm incredibly grateful to the Larson team and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I'll absolutely be calling them again for my next project. P.S. I've attached a bunch of before-and-after photos so you can see the transformation.
