It had a foul smell and old cigarette smell. It was full of knats...he stopped our service in the middle of transportation and when I called him he requested me to pay again in order to continue service...I had already paid the man in advance for our services....he is disrespectful, changes what he says midway through transporting people, and tries to get more money...please DO NOT rent from this company, you will regret it...we requested a black one, he sent a old white one that stunk, had bugs, and twists everything he agrees on to try to get more money out of you....​

He came right out and picked us up and took us to get our rental car we were getting pretty discouraged so were very grateful for a service that showed up, drove safely and was excellent all around. My wife called to cancel because obviously homecoming wasn't going to happen and called the owner, she said on the phone said she would issue a refund but had to give us cash, and would call us back to schedule a time to meet. We thought that was strange considering we paid with card via the phone when we booked but whatever cash works. A couple days goes by and we didn't hear from her so we called again, no answer and VM was full. We tried a few more times and same thing. I hope that 300 is worth this review to you, Very unprofessional, and poor business practice.

He called back and let me talk to his wife whom apparently does not have the ability to communicate much as she has computers running her body full of batteries, wires, leads, and an active computers so her body blocks all signals and they are working on that. I was so intrigued with how this poor woman got like that she sounded young and Vibrant but also week. I was Completely intrigued and for a few minutes forgot why I had called lol. Super comfortable king size beds, retractable tv's, and large soaking tubs was exactly what I wanted & needed. I honestly wanted to make sure that I mentioned everything that made this a great experience. Since so much thought & consideration is taken into making a great stay. We had the good fortune of spending our first such trip, to visit Lake Huron, at the lovely Himelhoch B&B. The location in Caro was perfect for day trips to different areas along the shores of Lake Huron. We are also into geocaching and found several within walking distance. Breakfast at the Himelhoch is fresh, plentiful and prepared to order, coffee is hot, and the wrap around porch the perfect setting. The proprietor is also generous with the amenities, offering a hot tub, bonfire, and a fully stocked game room that's always open. Our room was clean, comfortable and cute, bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay at Himelhoch again!
