This company will take advantage of you and steal money from your bank OVER and OVER again. Especially if you are not a native German speaker, BE CAREFUL. They have the worst customer service in the industry. Mobilcom Debitel charged hundreds of euros on my account as a third party downloaded shit using my phone number in Cyprus and Hong Kong. I still haven't received a full refund. I thought that was solved when I noticed that they have been charging an extra 10 euros to my account monthly for OVER a year without me noticing. They claimed they sent me a "Partner SIM Card" that I agreed to over the phone. I NEVER received a "Partner SIM card" in the mail, and NEVER wanted or agreed to that. I called about the confusion and the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me, she didn't listen and was obsessed with me called her 'Sie' instead of 'du' I told her I want to speak with the person who sent me an email saying that a refund is not possible, but she said I can't. She claims they have proof that I verbally agreed to a second SIM card, asked for the proof, and she called me crazy and said of course the proof doesn't exist, because it was on the phone that I agreed. This is ludicrous, I would never agree to paying for a second SIM when I am only one person. This company has no shame about that illegal activities they take part in, and will take advantage of you. They also refuse to speak English on customer service, even when they realize that you aren't a native German speaker, they won't slow down or speak in a way that you can fully understand, which is a nuisance.
