Everyone was closed...or so I thought. I ended up calling around and called Mr Tire. They told me they were open and had time to fit me in right away, on a holiday?? Replaced all my tires (and gave me a deal!) How extremely grateful I was! Fast forward, I recently ran over a very small piece of metal, And they stepped up once again and helped me out. The team at this location is my personal favorite. They are kind and friendly and have helped me out of each issue I've had within 6 months. I am so grateful to have found a company with such accountability and such patience. Service really speaks for itself and I will be coming back again in the future. Prices are very competitive and the selection is much greater than some of the other nearby liquor stores. They had a wide range of each varietal with prices ranging from the lowest (5.99) to fairly high quality stuff. The beauty is in the one stop shop nature. The market has a lot of goodies that you can grab as you fill up, and the easy in and out on a busy intersection makes this next level convenience. During a conversation about my car, I asked questions and admittedly interrupted the employee while he was explaining something. Instead of responding professionally, the manager spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful manner, saying, "Are you going to let me talk and have me explain to you what you can do about your car?" It wasn't just what was said, but how it was said. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing leadership position. I was shocked to learn that the individual speaking to me this way was actually the manager of the location. I understand that communication can sometimes become frustrating, but a manager should have the professionalism, patience, and people skills to handle those situations respectfully. Customers should never feel talked down to or belittled when asking questions about their own vehicle. I hope Delta Sonic takes customer service seriously and addresses this issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location until there is a noticeable improvement in how customers are treated.
