I was told that it wasn't something that they normally do but that they would put it up and see what was going on. The guy helping me out came back out and said that I was just missing a few screws and that he would just reconnect it without any issue. It only took about 4 minutes. I greatly appreciated the quick service provided, especially if it isn't something they normally do. He could have easily just sent me on my way to another location where who knows what I would have been told or charged.

The Service group topped me off, and I was on my way down the road, and I made it about a block and then a lot of white smoke started coming out of my exhaust pipes. This facility also has a full service auto care extension onto it. They immediately brought the car in and did some research and found out. It could be something like piston, piston rings, or something with the turbo charger or the evaporator.. the first step in their troubleshooting, they drain my oil and found out it had 2 quarts more oil than what it should've have. They merely troubleshoot it down to the oil sensor that was giving false readings. Once I got into the car noticed the back window still have nose smudges, my leather seats were not treated, they used the same rag they wiped the back with to wipe the front (now had dog hair on the dash). It looked like something I would have gotten for the $34.99 service. A quick wipe down and vacuum at best. Really disappointed. When I went back into find the guy that helped me he was nowhere to be found. I tried to talk to the other guy there wiping down another car and he didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish so that was unsuccessful. I have tried to call over the past 2 weeks, and no one answers. Learned my lesson spend less and have someone come to your house that would ACTUALLY detail your car for less.
