If you want a simple, reasonable mechanic, go here!…read more I love my Honda Accord but HATE dealing with the honda dealerships! Being a girl, I find going to mechanics a daunting task because I feel taken advantage of. A couple of the doctors in the office i work for suggested Buck and the Shell service center to take a look at my car when it started smoking out of the engine. This location is actually a Shell gas station with a mechanic service station on it. I have to admit, i was super skeptical! Who fixes their car at a gas station?? Seems sketchy! My co worker said, "Everyone used to get their car fixed at gas station slash mechanic shops back in the day, its good!" The doctors and some of the nurses I work with had all used them so i decided to give them a try. Buck was great and got me in without an appointment. Their shop seemed clean and organized. He was very nice, full of useful information, and even offered to drive me back to work for me. I left my car there, walked back to work. Within a couple hours he had called to tell me what was wrong with my car and said he could have it fixed by the end of the day, for several hundred less than I had expected! When i went to pick up my Honda they had rotated my tires for free and given it a free car wash! Awesome much? I will reccommed this mechanic to anyone! Great job guys!

When I eventually found her 2 aisles over, she pointed to a large $2.99 bottle and when I asked her for a small bottle or can, she pointed to the large one and said it was small and walked off. When she rang me up, I thought she said she would substitute the coke for a pepsi for a deal (?!) of $5 with 2 pieces of pizza but she didn't substitute and said I would have to go get a diet pepsi. I hesitated briefly to decide if it were worth the effort during which time she said the same thing 5 times in a condescending manner as though I were too stupid to understand. I went back to get the Pepsi but I couldn't find diet so I asked a man in a turban who came out from the back and he pointed to a bottle of Pepsi. I politely said, "That doesn't look like diet." He pulled one out of the unit and turned the bottle so I could see diet written small on the side, which had not been visible. Then he puffed himself up and said in a very rude tone, "You tell the owner of the store!" I had the distinct impression that he would not have been so contemptuous if I had not been an old woman. It did look clean which is the only nice thing I can think of to sya.
