Came here to fill up on propane in our motor home. Gentlemen that helped us seemed unknowable on…read morehow to properly and safely fill a propane tank. At first it did not start to fill. Then after a while they got it to "work". When the tank ended up just filling up with air, barley any propane (when we used it, it went quick) and charged us more than what we have paid somewhere else. Yes, I understand different places can have different prices. But when we took the drive to our normal place it took them forever to figure out how to fill the tank. when times before took them minutes to fill and we were on our way.

If you're just buying gas and not going inside, you should have a fine visit. If you need to use…read morethe restroom, be prepared to wait. They only have two, which shouldn't be an issue. However, they've made one bathroom strictly employees only that they keep locked. So there's only one restroom for customers. I visited today and waited ten minutes which was frustrating. They also don't list prices on most items in the store so that's also annoying. That's my fault for not filling up but thought it would be a good stopping point. But never again. I'll push it to Yelm or Lacey.

(I'm toooo nice so I was very taken back my husband had to take the phone.) extremely disrespectfu. this happened a couple months back and I put the review about this on their Facebook page. come to find out they blocked me and took off my review because they can't have ANY bad criticism. that or the woman did it herself so it didn't come back on her for being COMPLETELY unprofessional. I've worked in the food business. I've had a woman SCREAMING at me for a mishap someone else caused and i still stand there smiling and being nice as can be. that's your job. it's called custom service. reminder again.
