She literally rolled her eyes at me and said 'ughhhh!' Then I asked her about the easy pay card and how to use it. I just had set up my link to get offers and such. She was talking to a friend turned and gave me the nastiest look, slammed her cell down on the counter and said 'I gotta go!' I calmly asked where do I put in my phone number to save the money on gas. She made the 'ughhhh' sound again and said ' You gotta do that in here!' (Like I'm supposed to know with all the helpful instructions she gave me) (eye roll) Then slammed my items down and said 'have a good night', in thee most mockingly and sarcastic way possible. She also questioned the kid in front of me because he realized he didn't have enough money. She had the audacity to ask him, 'Why don't you?' As if it's ANY of her business!! I'm in the service business myself, and this is NOT the first run in I've had with her. She is awful. Just awful. She is rude with a horrible God complex and apparently needs to get to the bar FAST AF! Circle K will no longer get my business. I threw that easy pay out the in the trash. Unreal. EVERYONE there is amazing, I can't say enough, but tonight at midnight, a male staff member was clearly going through personal stuff. Not in a "treat customers bad" sense, just my sixth sense. He was awesome as per previous experience with him. I just wanted to find a way to celebrate this amazing human, and to thank him for being so kind. I figured they'd collect money when my food was made. So I'm standing there for 10 minutes. No food, people were getting food after I came in and they were gone. Finally I asked someone where my food was. They said, oh you have to pay first. You think they tell you there and I said there's no sign here that told me I was supposed to go over the register and pay first and then come back and wait for my food. But I went ahead and paid for my food came back picked up my food and headed out. I opened my egg container to see some sort of slop. The eggs were wet with uncooked egg juice that tasted absolutely disgusting! I was running even later or I would have gone back. I think the eggs were those powdered fake egg mixture. It was horrible! I checked the sub and ate part of it. It wasn't bad but I heard their food was made with fake meat or that lab grown meat. I do not recommend anyone eating Wawa food. It was gross and nasty. I will never go back to any Wawa. Later I called the store to complain and was told to leave my number and I'd hear from a manager. No one called. No refund offered.

HOWEVER, EVERY time that I do that, what happens instead is it just says "transaction canceled" after "this is a chip card" and then says " leave Chip card in on next retry", I do that and the same thing happens again. The pumps are working that's a plus there is a car wash right on the property as well. The inside of the store is always very well stocked and clean. I have come upon the staff cleaning on more than one occasion. Everyone who works there is polite and helpful . The prices for gas are average. EZ exit EZ entrance. Plenty of places to park after you get gas to go into the shop. The station is always busy. The product is always fresh. It's convenient and well priced.

If the "s" at the end of restrooms in the sign leads you to believe there is more than one restroom, you'd be wrong. Big mistake, and now you're already here. Then the screen told me to "pay inside" SO, I went inside, bought a drink and a few snacks and paid for my gas on my credit card. Then I walked back out to pump the gas, and the pump said it had already been pumped. I tried several time unsuccessfully to reset the pump to no avail. I went back in and asked what was the issue. The clerk said he didn't know, but it was showing that the gas had been pumped. It most certainly had not I said because my truck was still on empty and I had to get on the freeway ramp. He told me to go out and put the pump handle back into the pump and he would try to reset it. ~ NOTHING ! He wasn't going to do anything soo I made him call his boss. He explained the situation to his boss who told him to tell me "TOO BAD, there is nothing we can do!" I called the police and they said it was a civil matter and that I could "sue them" Against my will I pulled to another pump and used my card to put $10 in so I could get far enough down the road to fill up elsewhere {which this pump took the card} Not only was this TERRIBLE customer service, but their attitude made it even worse !

I noticed they also had other essentials available too. An additional pro of this store is that it's extremely clean and welcoming. It is a rarity to see. The only negative is that all Circle Ks still use Styrofoam coffee cups. After not drinking hot coffee from Styrofoam cups for awhile, you can really taste the unappealing chemical taste of it when you do use them. If they switch to paper, it would be great not only for the consumer, but for the environment as well.

Circle K located on highway 52 in Hudson, FL. This is your typical Circle K not the cleanest but…read morenot the worst by any means. Easy in and out and plenty of pumps. It sells Shell gas and generally is not too busy. It has your typical fare of snacks, fountain and bottled drinks and other needed/wanted items when one is on the road or on their way to and fro. I read some prior reviews but did so after my experience so I did not go in looking for whether the gas was charged correctly. I paid cash so that might have made the difference as the money due back is due right then not on a later statement. Give it a go
