    Horrible costumer service. Wouldn't give me a refund or the price they were advertising for. Also I heard they put water in their gas

    Amazing service at the convenience store, very clean and employee very polite. Gas price was fair comparing to other companies places.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at Wawa with an employee named Alexis. Despite having the…read morenecessary coupons, she refused to honor them. I've never had this issue before at Wawa, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way Alexis handled the situation. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere..... Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can't use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn't it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it's the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it's not like u wouldn't have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don't have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I'm paying for them. And wouldn't give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you're stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can't use two coupons but that isn't true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It's NOT and if u don't know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. I am going to call corporate and posts this review on every page til someone contacts me back. She makes me never want to shop at Wawa again. Alexis made you lose a daily paying customer. I buy two packs a cigarettes a day for myself n partner and I buy coffee. I am finding a new store.

    DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH! The car wash ripped off the shark fin cover for my antena , and it needs…read moreto be taken in to be repaired. This gas station has been uncooperative. At first they seem like they could help but they gave me some number to their "insurance guy" who doesn't pick up his phone. I assume this guy or the insurance company is not legit , they couldn't even tell me the name of the company. Every time I try to call , I am told I'm speaking with the manager, who is a guy named Aaleen, when in fact my bf spoke to a lady that is the manager here ... it has been tough to get ahold of her. If action isn't taken soon , we will be forced to sue. I have tried being patient and nice, but this is horrible for a business to neglect an issue that was caused by their machine and to take no responsibility for.

I love making somebody's day and even though this place has a one star review, I believe it deserves a much better rating. This man should get a raise and or should be qualified for a management type position if he is gone already one. Even though sometimes people seem to be timid he actually stood his ground and was an excellent human being. I am proud of him and you should be. grateful to have him as an employee. Watch out, he may go to Wawa's.
