The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

First of all, they still owe me some car washes... years back I bought one of those 'Wash-a-Week' things... before I was able to use 'em car wash breaks -KAPUT- and it's still not fixed BTW... I tried getting a refund after a few weeks - NOPE- 'privately operated car wash' I was told. Which absolutely BEGS the question: WHY'D BP SELL ME THE PACKAGE? and Why's there a BIG frickin' BP sign on the wash? No matter... my washes are lost. The convenience store Is staffed, yet whenever I walk in I'm waiting around for the guy to make his way to the counter. At least he's friendly... always with the 'hello my friend' and such. There's an assortment of snacks and gums and coolers in the back of the store. Typical overpriced gas station drinks and questionable sandwiches. For me, it's a cancer stick and lawn equipment gas stop. That's about it though... Now where's my car washes???

I'm on medicines that refill every 90 days and I kept trying to turn off the auto refill with no luck. They fill them too soon and I still have a ton of pills. The biggest issue I have is that when a refill runs out and I reorder it most pharmacies contact the doctors and I have no issues getting my meds. CVS lets me know they have faxed my doctors and are not getting a response. I've never ever had an issue like this on multiple meds from different doctors. I call my doctors and they say they never got a fax. I have them write a new script to send it in but CVS supposedly didn't get the doctors fax. I brought in a script and later I called to see if it was ready but they didn't have the script. I'm looking with my insurance for a new pharmacy. Even if I have to now drive 20 minutes out of my way it would be better than driving 7 min away with crummy service!

Some other Luke locations charge $10 for a car wash. It can sometimes be difficult to leave if you are heading west on route 30, since you have to cut across a few lanes of traffic to get to the turning lane when heading north on Cline Ave.
