I only go to this location because they have a deli item I used to like. I no longer will eat the item after being treated that way. If it's too much trouble to treat someone like a human then find another job. After the card transaction completed he yelled at me to come back because my card was declined. It is a huge facility and the staff are super friendly and nice. They have a Denny's or a restaurant in the facility, which is always a plus. I did not visit the Denny's this time around, but on my next trip to Chicago, I may stop by the Denny's if I am in the mood. The coffee selection and beverage selection is on point. The travel center is clean and efficient. Overall, Flying J is a great rest stop on 65 North if you need a bathroom break or stop to fill up on gas. They have everything you need to get you going!
