Forgive me as his name escapes me but there is a guy who works the whole joint to himself at times and he is a multi-tasking rockstar! Either the terminals don't accept Safeway card or bank cards, it's not every time, but enough to make me think twice. The main issue is the common attitude of arrogance and rudeness of employees. Like I'm doing "them" some great favor. They're system fails and I'm treated dismissively like their glitch is my fault? Today was the last straw, no more for me. I can easily save 25-35 cents per gallon in CDA. And with my 42 gallon tanks on the Yukon I can wait til I head south. With multiple workers throwing same attitude, that tells me it comes from ownership. I refuse to reward poor customer service with my business.
