The only true restaurant operated within is Scooter's though there are stations for hot food from other restaurants inside. The decor is well above average, reminding me of options like Wally's and Loves, with above average options of different goods to buy inside - particularly Grab and Go food. This reminds me a bit more of a Walgreens / CVS. I liked the filling stations as well, well spaced and look like they support new technologies. While large touch screens seem to be more and more common, I do appreciate the extra large buttons on the interface.

The first time we ordered from here was through the website and we drove up to pickup the food. First, the app... perfect. Need gluten free food filtered? Yep! Need low carbs and zero sugar filtered? Yep! Did you decide to go into the store instead and need to turn it into a shopping list telling you which aisle and section it is located in? Yep! Honestly, it is fantastic. Next, it is employee owned. Everyone inside seems to care about making you a happy customer because they own a stake in it. Lastly, this place is massive! I can't rally explain to you how massive. It is 242,000 square feet of groceries. For scale, that is 15 commercial Boeing 737 jetliners inside or 395 full sized semi trucks or the entire New York City Central Park Zoo! It has every food you could imagine with every gluten free, keto, and zero sugar option my family craves. Want that Mountain Dew Voltage raspberry soda you thought was long gone? Yep! It's a food emporium, with tons of aisles and plenty of choices. Was surprised they didn't have any manned stations (meat, deli, and fish usually have someone there with fresh products). This place just has more aisles. And while we might have one or two cases of a specific type of item, you got full aisles. And not just one aisle, but multiple. And many different brands and types. It's impressive to say the least. The discover only for card payments was a little weird. But not an issue since they take cash. Price was fairly reasonable as well. All-in-all, a fun trek for a mundane task. If you need to find a product, check woodsman's. They probably got it

The pumps aren't super old, but have a lot of wear-and-tear, resulting in difficulty pumping (trigger won't stay on, venturi sensor cuts out early, or the interface will run slow). At least they are designed so it's hard to install a skimmer, in addition to the pumps being in plain sight all the time. Near as I can tell, the fuel here is good Exxon/Mobil, and I've never seen this place run out of gas. The little market has a decent selection, despite the small size, but the prices aren't great (it's cheaper to go to the CVS across the street for most stuff). The only time I've used the bathroom, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the morning. I would give this location 3 stars, but it earns a 4th star for having a pretty good (at least as of winter 2023) automatic bay car wash, which I think is an older private-labeled PDQ Tandem Surfline. I sometimes forget about this gas station since there is a larger, newer looking one further south on Milwaukee. The biggest draw of Speedway is their loyalty program with points aplenty. Whether you buy food, grocery or gas, you'll rack up points. Points can equal free stuff or discounts on gas. Gas discounts go up to .25 cents off per gallon. (I like to save those for long distance trips) As a norm, I'm suspicious of warm food sold in gas stations and convenience stores. Looking at other reviews here, best to be cautious too. But, if you're willing to try it, Speedway offers deals on warmed foods. Best to use a loyalty card, you could rack up free food or two-for-1's.
