This reminds me a bit more of a Walgreens / CVS. I liked the filling stations as well, well spaced and look like they support new technologies. While large touch screens seem to be more and more common, I do appreciate the extra large buttons on the interface.

I'll definitely have to come back sometime to do more shopping. Based on what I saw, this seems like a well-run store that's worth visiting.

The washroom facilities were also much better than normal for a gas station both in terms of size and cleanliness. The pumps aren't super old, but have a lot of wear-and-tear, resulting in difficulty pumping (trigger won't stay on, venturi sensor cuts out early, or the interface will run slow). At least they are designed so it's hard to install a skimmer, in addition to the pumps being in plain sight all the time. Near as I can tell, the fuel here is good Exxon/Mobil, and I've never seen this place run out of gas. The little market has a decent selection, despite the small size, but the prices aren't great (it's cheaper to go to the CVS across the street for most stuff). The only time I've used the bathroom, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the morning. I would give this location 3 stars, but it earns a 4th star for having a pretty good (at least as of winter 2023) automatic bay car wash, which I think is an older private-labeled PDQ Tandem Surfline. The unit seems to be well-serviced, and is VERY liberal with the soap and dryer time.

Whether you buy food, grocery or gas, you'll rack up points. Points can equal free stuff or discounts on gas. Gas discounts go up to .25 cents off per gallon. (I like to save those for long distance trips) As a norm, I'm suspicious of warm food sold in gas stations and convenience stores. Looking at other reviews here, best to be cautious too.
