By the time I was out of the tunnel, the tire was flat. The valve stem had been snapped off in the tunnel. The staff had nothing to fix this issue. Since is was late, I left the car there and had a tow truck bring it to a tire store where it was fixed. The car wash manager promised they'd reimburse me for the cost of the tow truck. A few days later he called to say they would not reimburse me because my car was more than five years old. He apologized. I haven't returned and I will never go back.
