Number one being service and we listened to our neighbors and bought one. We had a great guy (Steve) who sold us our golf cart. He was helpful and provided all the info we needed. A beautiful store that very effectively killed our enthusiasm in less than 30 minutes when we walked in intending to spend upwards of $25K. A woman standing in the lobby just inside the door greeted us as we walked in. Hello. That was the last good thing we encountered. Within 3 minutes, she asked us for our email address and other personal information. Her constant chatter combined with a very aggressive approach was very off-putting. Maybe first asking what we were looking for would justify our sharing our personal information. Then, without knowing anything about what we might be looking for, she immediately and repeatedly started pushing us to go back outside 'to see a cart' even though she was surrounded by 50+ carts in a well-appointed and cool air conditioned showroom. She made zero effort to uncover what we wanted. She kept referring to a 'price-point cart' sitting outside on scorching hot asphalt on a brutal 95 degree day, and we just had to go see it. Right now. Before we've had a chance to share anything with her as to what kind of golf cart we're actually looking for. Based on her insistence, we surmised she's been instructed to push one specific cart out of the 250-300 carts they have on display? Maybe a high-profit one, or a lemon they want off their lot ASAP? Or maybe she quickly sized us up and in her mind determined we weren't the kind of people she wanted shopping in her store? Telling ain't selling. Asking questions. Listening. Uncovering a prospective buyer's interest. Perhaps management in this place might do some basic sales coaching. She was probably a very nice person, but she was a miserably inept salesperson. Golf cart stores are everywhere in FL. We're still actively looking. But we have no interest here. Our miserable 30 minutes spent with our ubiquitous 'salesperson' only succeeded in convincing us we're now a hard no on buying anything from this place. Later gator.

This gas station stands out as the worst I've ever visited. After selecting the fuel grade, I…read morelifted the nozzle from its rack, brought it over to the car, and without my even touching the handle, gasoline spurted onto the side of my car and the left rear tire. The (almost new) tire now has ugly brown splotches on the sidewall resulting from contact with the gasoline. Just to be perfectly clear, I am not someone who ever "tops off" the gas tank, which is the usual way people spill gasoline on their vehicles. This pump was obviously malfunctioning, causing it to spray gasoline before I had even laid a finger on the handle. In all my years of filling up at gas stations, nothing remotely like this has ever happened before.
