I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He's the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!

My wife had damaged the fender just a little on our Chrysler Town & Country minivan when she went over a curb. The dealership had fixed the tire, but said that the fender would need to be replaced. I drive over to Charlie's and he grabbed a wrench, unscrewed the bolt, popped it back in and screwed everything back together! Yes... there may have been an underlying broken clip or something which may have been fixed perfectly with a new fender... thousands of dollars! He knew what I truly needed, and it looks amazing and you can't even tell that there was ever an issue! And the amazing part is that he refused any payment! (He won't fix everyone for free, but he knew I'd be back someday... and I will!) Great guy, and he knows his stuff. He won't overcharge you.

Levant is a 10 min drive from jamestown which is worth it instead of getting screwed over by tanners in Jamestown. 2 of my friends tried Tanners and got taken for a ride on marked up parts prices and lied to on priority. Replacing an evap isn't $350 in parts and labor or the emergency they tricked my friend into thinking it is. My friends now goes to levant and loves them. Levant had me drop my travel /winter car off Sunday night and leave my keys in their safe drop box. By noon on Monday they had my state inspection, sway bar link, front brake pads, oil change, and fuel line all done. They also put air in my tires. This place is amazing. They didn't charge me a fortune either. I absolutely love them! It's hard to find honest fast mechanics in the Jamestown area.

I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

He said he had done "thousands." So I decided to give him a shot. It took awhile, but when he called and said it was ready he insisted I give it a test run. And it was unbelievable. Shifting is smooth, fast, quiet. The car is an absolute joy to drive. The cost was consistent with the estimate even though he found an issue that caused the check engine light to stay on. I would not recommend this repair shop. Our vehicle sat on the lot for three weeks, and every week…read morewe were told we'd receive a quote the next day. That call never came. We were eventually told the truck had been put on the lift and that the transmission needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we believed the transmission might simply have been overfilled with fluid, but that possibility was dismissed without being checked. We had the truck towed to another repair shop, where they found the transmission had simply been overfilled with fluid. Nothing else needed to be repaired. To make matters worse, we were charged a diagnostic fee. If a proper diagnostic had actually been performed, it should have identified the real issue instead of incorrectly recommending a full transmission replacement. Based on our experience, this shop appears to take on more vehicles than it can reasonably handle and doesn't provide customers with a realistic timeline or explain how many vehicles are ahead of theirs. While we were there, we saw several customers decide to have their vehicles towed elsewhere rather than continue waiting. Overall, our experience was frustrating. We found the communication poor, the diagnosis inaccurate, and the service unprofessional. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop. STAY AWAY!!
