I witnessed something truly disturbing at this gas station and feel compelled to speak up…read more While I was inside, the man who appeared to be the owner was aggressively yelling and cursing at an elderly employee in front of customers. He told him to go find another job, mocked him, and threatened him--saying he wouldn't like working anywhere else because they'd "force him to do things he doesn't like." The tone and words he used were demeaning, cruel, and completely inappropriate for any workplace, let alone in public. The older man looked terrified and defeated, like he had no choice but to take it. I intervened, but the abuse just continued. No one--especially not someone of that age--deserves to be treated this way. This kind of hostile, abusive behavior from a business owner is unacceptable. If this is how employees are treated, I strongly urge ARCO and the community to take a closer look at what's happening behind those doors.

The coffee was meh, definitely not up to par with what I've had at other ARCO locations. Which I know isn't saying much because all gas station coffee is trash but this one just didn't hit. The bathroom could definitely use some attention, but it wasn't bad enough to make you hold your pee until the next stop. Prices were decent, though. Overall, I've had better ARCO experiences, so I'm not sure I'd rush back to this one.

Just got a follow up call from a man from the station asking me if I put the sticker on yet and that he has to write up the individual who didn't put it on. Are you kidding me. Write up the rude woman employee who came out and hit my car with her hand...then I was told that the car wash sticker was for unlimited car washes and if not put on the window of my car other cars could be washed....so that sounded like an accusation to me...wow...what a mess....then this guy asked my future business...all because I wanted to clean the inside of my window first. I suggested that it might be good to inform the customer of sticker situation before purchase complete and maybe offer up a paper towel and some windex if it's such a big deal. Good grief.

I don't buy gas for my cars, SUV, or truck here unless I'm on E., which rarely occurs. From time to time I will order a lunch or breakfast sandwich which are pretty good. But the most important reason i use Shall Station is the convenient drive-thur car wash. The car wash is decent for a drive-thur and is priced reasonably at $5, $6, &$8. it works for me when I'm in a rush and don't have time to get it detailed. There you have the reasons why I gave Shall 4star and the only way I would consider giving it 5stars is if the price of the gas per gallon would come down and not be high.

Usually, it's not too busy but the area isn't good; they're a lot of homeless people around who ask for money so often it's become uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming later in the day to this location. Also, I was in a bit of a hurry today and so I went in to pay with cash since it's cheaper than using card --biggest mistake ever! As I went to join the line, there were two customers in the front who were extremely indecisive on what food to order and whatnot. I waited in line for a while just listening to all of them go on in deep conversation amongst each other and it sucked because I was noticeably JUST TRYING TO BUY GAS. When I finally reached the front, there was no apology for the wait, but nonetheless, Marianna was nice enough I suppose. Chevron is a lot more expensive, but perhaps it's better to head over to their business if you're in a hurry and need to get in and out!

Bad customer service, I will not return…read more Honestly I usually don't leave reviews for gas stations, but the service provided at this location was just terrible. I waited in line to pay for gas, and the cashier told me to wait a moment as she was counting change. Then two more customers got in line behind me, and she told them she's not selling gas right now because of a shift change. I waited for about 5 minutes before she said that she's not selling gas. I waisted a third of my lunch hour with Thai whole process - pulling in, parking (it was busy), waiting in line, just to be told she's not selling gas. I don't pay with card, I've gotten scammed too many times at a Chevron. Lesson learned, there are other gas station offers available in the area at better prices.

I never have more than $20 in my bank account and I can't be over drawn and they still attempted to withdraw $100 from my account twice. However, they were successful in withdrawing $100 from my moms account. We acted fast and switched out all the cards. However today we received a phone call from the bank that someone was attempting to use my fathers cancelled card. Is inexpensive, but I would suggest using cash, because the banks are positive that are information is somehow being stolen at this gas station.
