I asked them to stop working on my car but they told me they had already put the filters in because they were so dirty. Meanwhile I have K&N filters for the cabin and air filter and just cleaned them before my drive and they have about 2,000 miles on them. Not wanting to argue I paid the $100 and got my car out of there. I go and check behind the glovebox and wouldn't you know, my K&N air filter was still there. Avoid this place like the plague.
