This gas station charged me twice on the gas pump and refused to issue me a refund. Stay far away from this gas station. They are thief's!

Located in Alpine, this Mobil Gas Station is a hidden gem! First off, it's a clean gas station with a lot of pumps. One thing I noticed when pumping gas was that the pump takes cash AND credit. I've never seen a pump that takes cash. So, very convenient if you want to pay by cash. Incentive to use cash is that it's 10 cents less per gallon. Not that it mattered anyway, the gas is hella cheap here. Possibly the cheapest I've seen. Unleaded was $3.45 per gallon, while I'm paying almost $4.00 in UTC. One more great thing about this gas station is that they share a parking lot with Jack in the Box! So, it's super clutch if you got the munchies! So, when I'm in this area and I need gas... this will be my go-to gas station for cheap gas and then go next door to J Bo and get two tacos. I know it's weird to review a gas station, but I had such a great experience. 5 stars! read more

Was at Grand Ole BBQ and needed gasoline for the drive home. This Mobil gas station is a little hidden but worth the stop. It is very clean and prices were fair. It had very good Window Squeegee with clean water. Most of the time the gas station I'm afraid to use the squeegee fearing it will scratch my window more than clean it. read more

Last time I pumped gas here, this was an AM PM gas station so I was surprised to discovered it was now a Mobile gas station. I guess I was cool with the price per gallon for supposedly better gas; what choice do we really have? The station pump area is ok but I highly recommend avoiding this gas station if you are towing a trailer. Only one way in and out of this gas station, if the fuel delivery truck shows up then the whole parking and leaving situation becomes a cluster @"*%#!!! My husband went fishing last weekend. They decided to take a break and come here to pick some beer up. He grabbed six California Kolsch Ballast Point beers and they went back to Jennings Lake. They popped the tops and my husband noticed something weird. There was stuff floating in it! They all did the bottle check and so did theirs. Needless to say they didn't drink it. He was not driving that day and the driver didn't want to stop to take it back (he also didn't pay for it). We took the remaining bottles that were not opened back to the store and showed Gab the clerk. My husband could not find the receipt. He walked over to where the Ballast Point beer was and grabbed a Grapefruit Sculpin and it had floaters in it also. Gab called Ana the owner and explained what took place, but she could have cared less. No receipt, no exchange. That is horrible customer service. Not sure if their beer is old because we couldn't decipher the code, but I would definitely NOT spend my money here ever again. Poor Gab caught in a terrible situation. read more

Yeah I was just here at the lake Jennings mobil and after putting 3.1 gallons into my car my car still reads that I have 16 miles on my Lexus and the gas gauge reads that I got no gas I went into talk to the cashier had a missed call the manager who's name is Ana and she told me there was nothing she could do and asked me if I really want her to drive 24 miles to come in to figure it out and I clearly stated to her so you want me to walk 17 miles home and she said she didn't know what to do and I said why don't you come in like you said and she told me that she refused to I told her that I would speak with the owner and she told me so what I will never come back to this mobil it was the worst customer service that I've ever experienced in my whole lifetime read more

Gas. Food. Convenience Store. Easy Freeway Access. Of course I do~!! I have been coming to this perfect pit stop for ages. Back when it was an over priced cheap gas Arco and when you could smell the electrical taste of burning bodies next door at The Neptune Society (They no longer are allowed to cremate). I would fill up, grab a lotto ticket, and hit the drive through for an Ultimate Cheeseburger. Now that I have moved back into the area I will be frequenting this perfect little pit stop again. This time, just for the gas...and maybe the occasional lotto ticket. Mobil has always had higher standards than Arco in my opinion. But other than the name change and notable price variance, it remains the same. The ultimate location for easy-on, easy-off travel stop (best if going west). Though it boasts Mobil and Jack In The Box on the sign. It also has a convenient store attached that is typical of a in the middle of nowhere gas station store. The prices are beyond reasonable. The fuel is fairly priced. And while no longer a fan of Jack In The Box (or fast food at all), there is a dine in or drive through fairly priced Jack In The Box. Plenty of space to stretch your legs...and a bit of an area for your four legged buddy to do their business if they must. Meant for regular vehicles, you can fit an oversized or towed vehicle in here if you use the right-most tanks. The in-out is a 180° challenge for some; but it's hillside location offers no other alternative. You will find locals, Julianites, and people from The Hills here as often as travelers. What a great stop along Olde Highway 80; or as it is known today Business Highway 8. read more

I go to this gas station the most, since it's less than a block from my house. Mobil has a rewards app where I have accumulated nearly 4000 points. I got a email recently saying I needed to use some points or they would be lost forever. I decided tonight would be a good Time to get some points used up since my Tank was almost empty. I walked inside and spoke with Cory. I stated that I would like $20 on pump 11. The first thing out his mouth was "did you try to do something already, because the nozzle is off." I replied no and continued to open my rewards app. I told Cory I wanted to pay using my app, he stood there and shrugged his shoulder. I asked him isn't this your job?? to familiarize yourself with the different platforms that customers use to pay with?? He replied "No!!" I was shook!! I wanted to literally jump over the counter. The app literally says "scan to use and earn rewards." Why was he treating me like this??? How lazy is this man?!?!? He told me to come back when a manager is present. As I walk to my car to get my debit card, I am stopped by another customer leaving the gas station who then tells me, he saw how Cory acted and he's sorry that happened to me because the same clerk was just as rude to him. If you don't like your job find another one, it's that simple. I hope management takes a look at this review and Re-evaluates the types of people they choose to be responsible for their stores. read more

What can I say. This place has it all great gas (mobil) Awesome promotions on product spectacular employees that are attentive to the customer need. It helps to hand over my money when the person that is taking it has a beautiful smile. Having that smile and greeted well first thing in the morning sets my day on the right path. Jack in the box is always amazingly good. I do recommend this station for anyone looking to be in a comfortable store that employees know their regular customers by first name and greet them as such with a smile. read more

I was just in the mobile an I wanted to buy some scratchers as well as turn one in that was a winner. The line was long there was one employee only.i turned in the one scratcher an wanted 5 more. He rang them up an he said I owed him 42.00. now I know that 3.00 times 6 is not 42.00. yet he insisted that it was. I told him 3 times 6 is 18. Finally he realized he was wrong yet he was so rude about it. I was really upset y how I was treated that I decided to write a review. Then reading some of the reviews I noticed that 90 percent we're all negitive ones. Wow I wonder why the owner keeps employees like that in their stores. I know I will never go in that store again an I will be spreading the word with family an friends so they as well don't enter that store. Attention the owner of mobile get employees who bring good customer service that are helpful. You might want to train or get new management while your at it. The employees here are an absolute disgrace. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and should be ashamed to call yourself customer service associates in any way of the form. There is a particular guy that works the evenings that is actually really cool and is easy going to talk to whenever I am here. However, then (tisk, tisk) there are the same regular female day shift employees here most days and this is most often times the same 2 ladies (later middle aged) that couldn't give two craps about extending a helping hand or any too level notch of customer service to any of the patrons that come in their front doors choosing to spend their hard earned money at this business as opposed to the many like it surrounding this area. Come to think of it now, I have actually listened to these same two employees sit behind the counter gossiping about other employees. I actually recall this very well because I had a question about their fountain drink cups and plastic cups vs. paper cups and I won't ever forget the look on the one ladies face when I politely interrupted them to ask ask my question. She stared at me like a deer in headlights as if she couldn't believe the nerve I had to ask such stupid questions while I clearly could see they were busy having a conversation. Good station to fuel and go. Tight turn around with rv and trailer to enter and exit. Stores clean people are very kind that work inside only problem is bathroom is out of napkins and TP when I went in there. read more
