The restrooms are clean, and the person on the register was friendly and did a good job ringing up my purchases, bagging my items, and handing over my receipt. In addition to a convenience store and gasoline, they have a car wash and a drive-thru window to pick up pizza, corn dogs, and other food items (how convenient). Decent experience over all. I told him the transmission went out and we can't move it. They have five other pumps and I've seen one other car in 15 minutes. He was very nasty. I told him he was not being very nice. You have to go inside to get your Kroger discount. The owner evidently is too cheap to update his pumps, or doesn't know how to configure the pumps so it can be done at the pump, the way EVERYONE else does it. The attendant took my Kroger card and then asked for me to swipe my credit card. There was no discount on the receipt. She handed me my card back and a slip with Krogers fuel points 1-800 number. I spoke over the phone to her manager (both are clearly not native to Peoria area) and he had ZERO concerns on how this was handled. I have sent an email to Shell Co. and filed a complaint with the BBB. Dishonesty will not stand.

She said "no". Not a "sorry, i can't" or "they don't allow us" just "no". Pretty rude in my opinion. So i grabbed some gum and went back up to the counter. I said "sorry but i need change and the banks aren't open yet" immediately she got an attitude and said "really.." rolled her eyes, huffed and have me my change. It's not like i was asking for singles and handed her a fifty. I used to exclusively go to this gas station for gas but no more.
