This was my second bad experience at this circle k. On November 4th I was trying to purchase gas and the pump turned off shortly after 4 gallons. I called the attendant out. She said I just needed to try again. This time it turned off just before 4 gallons. She advised moving to another pump. Also she said that she was putting a bag on the handle. The new pump wouldn't accept the card, probably because I'd used so much. As I was leaving i noticed that she hadn't put the out of order bag on the pump. Also this location almost never issues receipts at the pump. When I have the baby, I have to take a picture.

You have to go inside to get your Kroger discount. The owner evidently is too cheap to update his pumps, or doesn't know how to configure the pumps so it can be done at the pump, the way EVERYONE else does it. The attendant took my Kroger card and then asked for me to swipe my credit card. There was no discount on the receipt. She handed me my card back and a slip with Krogers fuel points 1-800 number. I spoke over the phone to her manager (both are clearly not native to Peoria area) and he had ZERO concerns on how this was handled. I have sent an email to Shell Co. and filed a complaint with the BBB. Dishonesty will not stand.

The one stale with toilet paper had a screwed up lock that it looked like was mcguyvered on. I ended up slicing my finger on it. I wouldn't be surprised it I contact something from this place. The paper towels were out and the store placed heavy duty mechanic paper towels on the counter. I'm grateful for that given the rest of the bathroom was a nightmare. DO NOT GO INSIDE
