They have done great work me from dead batteries, tire patches, burned out lights, to basic maintenance and new brakes. One of our cars slid into the curb in front of our house and bent the rim and broke the plastic hubcap on an icy night a few winters ago. The next morning, I dropped the car at Manicke's and they were able to get the rim fixed and other damage to the wheel components that day, as well as going out of their way to find a hubcap that matched the other three, curb scrapes and all :-). They do not oversell or do more work than required.

My husband had his vehicle towed there to be fixed because it had stopped on him and it would not start up and the key had broke off in the ignition and this was on Aug 4th. on Aug 10 the vehicle was suppose to be ready but it wasn't. On Aug 11th when my husband went to get the vehicle it still wasn't fixed. On Aug 16 , I went to inquire about the vehicle but they told me they never seen it. I asked the guy what do you mean he claim he know nothing I should come back tomorrow. Aug 17, my husband went there to get his vehicle well guess what? No vehicle! these guys claim that someone stole it on monday Aug 14th. If this is the case then why didn't they call us to let us know. When we took the police there they claim they thought my husband came and picked it up and they told the police that the vehicle had been there for over two weeks and my husband had no money to pay for it. Also they said that it was the starter to the police that was the problem with the vehicle. All the while when the vehicle was on the property they would move it around so we are assuming they fixed it and had it stolen or sold it for parts or something. The police says that he dont think we can sue because they aren't responsible for theft of the vehicle. This is bad because we use the vehicle for work and we have three children and now our whole life is rearranged do to this. We trusted these people with our truck and now we have nothing. If anyone have any kind of advice please let us know. The police even was trying to take up for them by saying these guys never have had a complaint.
