To our great surprise, we were contacted recently (July 2026) by the dealership and advised that we'd been overcharged for the deductible and Ed Koehn was cutting my wife a check. One might argue that the alignment should have been done with the initial headlamp install, but one cannot argue about the honesty displayed regarding the over charge.

They not only were the cheapest (by over $100) but they were able to get me in after getting the estimate done, and got me back out again in a decent amount of time as well. When I mentioned that I wish I would've brought my charger because my phone was almost dead and I hadn't planned on getting it done today, the very nice gentleman working the front desk let me use a charger, making the wait totally easy to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push extra stuff I didn't need, and they even checked the brakes for free to begin with, while some other places wanted to charge $25-$50 to do so. I haven't ever been here before but between the price (which was great), the wait time (pretty much non-existent) and the time to get the job done (completely reasonable) I will definitely be coming back here again for my own personal vehicle. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.
