It's small, but functional. We are at 80% a half hour later. The kW intake dropped to 30% from 50% after 80% charge. Shawn said we will be at around 100% after another 15 minutes or so. Took about $11.32 to charge it at the fast charger and an hour to get to 45% charge and an hour charge.

So I pulled out my Visa to pay the bill and they told me there would be an up charge of 3% unless I used a debit card check or cash. I asked when they changed this and was told a couple months ago. The person at the register told me that "the credit card companies were giving out points and started charging for them so now they had to pass along the cost. " Credit card companies always charged a fee for processing. This is not new. However what is new is that they decided they could recoup an extra 3% from their customer base. This is the cost of doing business and allowing customers, who may not be able to afford it at the moment, to pay the vendor now and pay off the bill at the end of the month. Fortunately this is not my situation but there are many that are in this situation. Regardless, it is a money grab. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere.
