It's like making a sandwich with shreds. Not what I expect when already paying for overpriced meat that a local butcher can do for less. Talked to manager about it because it's happened 4 or 5 times. The only thing that changed is that she proceeded to be explicitly rude to us, not the other customers, on our next trip. Still crumpled and shoved the meat into the bag as if it were pieces of trash attempting to be fit into an already full can. It was salami at that, how hard is it to slice and stack salami nicely? There's one guy there that does a very nice job. 10 stars for him. He is always very polite and takes the time to be respectful and demonstrate integrity in his job. Well done, Shipmate. But usually the bitter older lady working. Frequently flies hovering around in general, and especially when all the chickens come out of rotisserie.

5-star customer service + 0-star Corporate policy = 3-star review?…read more I stopped in the store yesterday and the very friendly cashier asked if I was interested in a candy bar from the counter, which I politely declined. She tried again "they're buy one, get one for a dollar!" I declined again, and heard her whisper "dang it," and she looked genuinely sad... I asked if she got a kickback or something for selling candy, and she explained that the employees bonuses are based solely on how many candy bars they push, and further explained that they get a monthly "quota" they must meet as a team, and if the quota isn't met no one gets the monthly bonus, no matter how many items an individual team member sells. How much of a bonus, you may ask? $50/per employee. And the monthly candy quota? 14,000 candy bars. FOURTEEN THOUSAND. No one should be made to beg for a bonus which is essentially what this money-grubbing Corporation is forcing their employees to do. (I bought 4 candy bars.) Do better, Speedway.

There is a small parking area next door behind the McDonald's restaurant. Otherwise, this Speedway store is small, but efficient. I found the staff to be cheerful and pleasant. First off let me just say I LOVE THE FAMILY FIRST REWARDS PROGRAM. I've been coming here for years,…read moremainly because it's close to home but also because the workers are great. The first shift guy (sorry I didn't catch your name) helping me this morning was super friendly, & very apologetic for the fact that the computers kept going on & offline. I usually pay with my card but had cash on me today, which was a good thing because the computer system was not allowing card payments. This Mobil has a great location, & they did recently update the pumps & asphalt but the inside of the store needs a face lift & the computer system needs help. Very slow & it tends to be a pain for the workers as well. Ohh & the 3rd shift crew is seriously the best, when it comes to customer service! Great job you guys.
