I found that if you drive directly there, despite the fact that everyone desires their service and they stay busy--they are great human beings. They know when it's important to bend the money rules a notch to help a perfect stranger in a perceived tough spot. The shop is spotless, organized, and efficient like a German farmer's home place. The people are magic, skilled, current on the technology and have my gratitude.
