I can't actually vouch for their ability to fix windshields because... Well I thought my…read morewindshield was leaking. I was SURE my windshield was leaking. I was a little annoyed that when I brought them my truck they didn't take my word for it and just replace my windshield. They sprayed a hose and tried to make my windshield leak and it wouldn't. But my cab lights sure did! So rather than pay $250.00 to get my old windshield removed and resealed I payed for some labor and caulk to fix the real leak issue. I really appreciate their honesty and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We have paid well over $200 & they have had to fix everything from the axle to the transfer case. We have already had one of the tires go flat as well. It apparently had a small leak when we bought it. I'm so disgusted and would recommend NO ONE EVER DEAL WITH CRAIG BECK & BURLINGTON AUTO OUTLET. If we knew then, what we know now, we would most definitely bought our vehicle through JD Byrider. Coincidence that Burlington Auto Outlet is part of Deery Bros & you have to use Deery to get the crap vehicle they sold you at Burlington Auto Outlet serviced? I think not! Nothing like getting sold a junk vehicle and dumping money back into the pockets of the place that sold it to you!! On the other hand, we had no issues with Deery Brothers service department, they were great!

I can't say enough great things about Griffin and the compassionate, generous owners. We were…read moretraveling across the country in late March 2022 and we had a problem with our vehicle that stopped us in our tracks in Fort Madison, Iowa. We were directed to Griffin's and what a blessing that was! We had 11 people and 5 dogs but the husband and wife team at Griffin's welcomed us all into their waiting area. They quickly diagnosed what the issue was and got the part ordered. Because it was not a planned stop we had no where to stay. They made some calls and got us into a hotel that was under a block from their shop. Our van was fixed the next day and we were on our way again. We all felt like these angels had been placed in our path. Thank you so much!

Always wondered about it but couldnt see it clear as day until now. So i went to waterworks and decided I would try the old school 'spray it yourself' bay. I went with the $8 option first, just to make sure I didnt run out of time. That seemed to me to be the common sense way of doing it and then i could back it down next time if that was too much. Turns out, this wash has the multicolor foam, presoak, wax and rinse and the 8$ option is more than enough time to do it all and then a good rinse, even with doing your floor mats which you can hang up on the wall. The tire cleaner is like nothing i have ever seen. Leaves your tires and wheels so clean without that gaudy armorall shine some people do. No spots at all when done. I am sold on this option, no more grease marks! Looking to see if there is a subscrition I can get for here.
